| dc.description.abstract | El presente documento contiene la documentación, implementación y certificación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad de SEGURIDAD ACRÓPOLIS LTDA. Cimentado en los requisitos y principios de la norma ISO 9001:2000 y cuyo alcance comprende la prestación de servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada en las modalidades de física fija, móvil, escolta y a través de medios tecnológicos, con o sin armas de fuego a nivel nacional. El documento se encuentra dividido en 9 capítulos generales. En el primer capitulo se puede ver las generalidades del proyecto presentando los objetivos bajo el cual se enmarco el proyecto y una pequeña presentación sobre la empresa. El capitulo 2 nos muestra el marco teórico utilizado para el desarrollo del proyecto y el capitulo 3 describe la metodología utilizada para el desarrollo del proyecto basada en el ciclo PHVA. El desarrollo del proyecto inicia a partir del capitulo 4 donde se realiza el diagnostico de la situación de la empresa mediante la matriz DOFA, incluyendo un diagnóstico de cumplimiento de la Norma ISO 9001:2000. Seguidamente el capitulo 5 se expone la planificación estratégica del SGC, donde se realizó el direccionamiento estratégico de la organización y la planificación del SGC definiendo los lineamientos básicos del sistema de gestión de calidad como la política y objetivos de calidad, alcance, exclusiones , identificación de procesos que harán parte del sistema y la definición de los indicadores de gestión. En el capítulo 6 se muestra el plan de formación ejecutado con el propósito de sensibilizar, crear una cultura de calidad y un compromiso de mejoramiento continuo en todos y cada uno de los miembros de la organización. En el capitulo 7 se describe toda la documentación necesaria y una descripción general de las actividades de implementación del SGC. El soporte para el desarrollo de la capacitación, documentación e implementación del SGC se fundamenta principalmente en los requisitos de la ISO 9001:2000 En el capitulo 8 se describe detalladamente la etapa de evaluación y certificación del SGS implementado, terminando en el capitulo 9 con la descripción del cumplimiento de cada uno de los objetivos planteados en el capitulo 1. Por ultimo se exponen las conclusiones sobre el desarrollo del proyecto y las recomendaciones para el sostenimiento y mejoramiento del sistema certificado. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present document contains the documentation, implementation and certification of the quality Management System of SEGURIDAD ACROPOLIS LTDA. Established in the requirements and beginning of the ISO 9001:2000 and whose scope the rendering of services of alertness and private safety in the modalities physics fixed, mobile, escorts and across technological means, with or without firearms to national level. This document is divided in 9 general chapters. In the first chapter it is possible to see the generalities of the project presenting the aims under which I frame the project and a small presentation of the company. The chapter 2 shows us the theoretical frame used for the development of the project and the chapter 3 describes the methodology used for the development of the project based on the cycle PHVA. The development of the project initiates from the chapter 4 where there is realized the diagnosis of the company situation by means of the counterfoil DOFA, including a diagnosis of fulfillment of the ISO 9001:2000. Immediately the chapter 5 exposes the strategic planning of the SGC, where there was realized the strategic planning of the organization and the planning of the SGC defining the basic limits of the Quality management system of as the politics and aims of quality, scope, exclusions, process identification that will do part of the system and the definition of the management indicators. In the chapter 6 there appears the training plan executed with the intention of sensitizing, creating a quality culture and a commitment of continuo improvement in each and every of the members of the organization. In the chapter 7 there is described the whole necessary documentation and a general description of the activities of implementation in the SGC. The support for the development of the training, documentation and implementation of the SGC is based principally on the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 In the chapter 8 there is described detailed the evaluation and certification stage of the SGS implemented, finishing in the chapter 9 with the description of the fulfillment of each one of the aims raised in the chapter 1. Finally the conclusions are exposed on the development of the project and the recommendations for the maintenance and improvement of the certified system. | |
