dc.description.abstract	En la Escuela de Ingeniería de Sistemas e Informática, actualmente se encuentraen funcionamiento el sistema de información CPGWEB2.0, cuya finalidad escontrolar y administrar la información relacionada con los trabajos de grado de laescuela. Este sistema de información, resultado del desarrollo de proyectosanteriores, representa un aporte importante para la Escuela de Ingeniería deSistemas e Informática ya que facilita y mejora el desarrollo de las actividades delcomité de trabajos de grado y además por que se ha convertido en unaherramienta de gran utilidad para la comunidad ElSI. Luego de la implantación, este sistema necesita soporte para prolongar sufuncionamiento. Aunque con frecuencia no se da al soporte la importancia quemerece, para este caso en particular la ElSI enfoco su interés en mejorar elservicio que presta a la comunidad detectando necesidades e implementandosoluciones que permitan el mejoramiento de sus procesos. Por lo anterior, es quese hace necesario mantener en constante proceso de diagnostico y mejora deCPGWEB2.0 para detectar nuevas necesidades, cambios en el contexto yposibles fallas en el sistema de información. Esto permite mantener y mejorar elservicio, prolongando la vida útil del sistema, finalidad del presente Trabajo deGrado, realizado en la modalidad de Practica Empresarial en la Escuela deIngeniería de Sistemas e Informática. Las principales actividades de soporte del sistema, tales como corrección deerrores y adaptación a nuevas necesidades, requirieron volver a las etapas deanálisis, implementación e implantación del ciclo de vida del desarrollo del sistemay aplicación de conceptos de reingeniería. En el desarrollo de este Trabajo deGrado la comunicación constante con los usuarios fue fundamental pues elsoftware cambia con respecto a las necesidades de ellos o de la empresa.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In the School of Engineering of Systems and Computer science, at the moment theinformation system CPGWeb2.0 is in operation, whose purpose is to administerand to control the information related to the graduations projects of the school. Thisinformation system, result of the development of previous projects, represents animportant contribution for the School of Engineering of Systems and Computerscience since improves and facilitates the development of the activities of theCommittee of Projects, and in addition, because it has become a tool very usefulfor all community EISI. After implantation, this system needs support to prolong its operation. Althoughfrequently the importance that deserves, for this case in individual does not occurto the support the EISI focus its interest in improving the service that lends to thecommunity detecting necessities and implementing solutions that allow theimprovement of their processes. By the previous thing, it is that one becomesnecessary to maintain a constant process of diagnosis and improvement ofCPGWeb2.0 to detect new necessities, changes in the context or possible faults inthe operation of the information system. This allows to keep and to improve theservice, prolonging the life utility of the system, purpose of the present graduationproject, created under the modality of Enterprise Practice in the School ofEngineering of Systems and Computer science. The main activities of support of the system, such as correction of errors andadaptation to new necessities, required to return to the stages from analysis,implementation and implantation of the cycle of life of the development of thesystem and application of concepts of re-engineering. In the development of thisgraduation project the constant communication with the users was fundamentalbecause the software changes with to the necessities of them or of the company.
