| dc.description.abstract | El presente documento relata en forma clara y concisa el desarrollo de la práctica empresarial en la Coordinación de Operación de Redes y Plantas de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales de la Corporación Autónoma Regional para la Defensa de la Meseta de Bucaramanga (CDMB), manifestando la relevancia de la participación de la Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) en proyectos que esta entidad adelanta en beneficio de la comunidad que las sostiene. En el proceso de dar cumplimiento a los objetivos propuestos para la práctica empresarial se aplicaron conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera así como también se desarrollaron otros, afianzándolos con la experiencia y prestando un servicio público y social. Además de lo anterior se lograron reforzar cualidades referentes a la ética, las relaciones interpersonales y el manejo de personal, gracias a la oportunidad de trabajar con un equipo multidisciplinario y de colaborar en la organización del trabajo del grupo de auxiliares. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This document relates in a clear and concise way the development in the managerial practice in the coordination and operation of the nets and the sewage system of ¨Corporation Autónoma Regional para la Defensa de la Meseta de Bucaramanga¨ (CDMB) showing the relevance of the participation of the Universidad Industrial de Santanderfl in the projects that this organisation promotes for the benefits of the community it holds. In the process the objectives must be completed for the managerial practice, the knowledge were acquired during the program as well as other were developed, guarantying with them the experience and offering a public and social service. In adition to the abore mentioned, many qualities were reached, in the ethic, interpersonal relationships and the employees management, It was possible thanks to the opportunity of working with a multidisciplinary team and helping organizing work of the auxiliaries in the group. | |
