dc.description.abstract	El diseño de un plan de emergencia para División de Bienestar Universitario de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, nace a raíz la necesidad de estandarizar procedimientos adecuados para enfrentar de una manera óptima las posibles situaciones de emergencia que se puedan presentar en esta unidad académico administrativa. En el desarrollo de este proyecto fue necesario integrar la Escuela de Estudios Industriales y Empresariales con el subproceso SYSO de la División de Recurso Humanos UIS, para alinear y sincronizar la estructura que este documento tiene actualmente y de esta forma ofrecer una solución eficaz para la preparación ante una emergencia en el Edificio de Bienestar Universitario UIS. Para la ejecución de este diseño fue necesario conocer todos los recursos disponibles e identificar los faltantes para la atención de la emergencia, describir el edificio, estudiar la normatividad legal aplicable. Pero su principal eje temático se basa en la aplicación de la metodología de riesgos por colores la cual evalúa, el riesgo, la vulnerabilidad y las amenazas a las que están expuestas las personas, los recursos y los sistemas y procesos pertenecientes a esta división. Como producto final de este proyecto se detectaron cinco amenazas con mayor probabilidad de ocurrencia: sismos, incendios, explosión, AMIT-HMACC y colapso estructural. Además se diseñaron los procedimientos operativos normalizados integrando a todos los actores de la comunidad universitaria teniendo como objetivo salvaguardar la integridad de cualquier ocupante de la división.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The design of an Emergency Plan for the Bienestar Universitario Division of the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS), comes from the need of the standardization of the proper procedures to face optimally all the possible emergencies situations that it could raise in this academic administrative unit. During the development of this Project, it was necessary to integrate the Industrial and Business Studies School with the SYSO sub process of the Human Resources Division of the UIS, to align and synchronize the structure of this document and offer a good solution for the preparation to face an emergency in the Bienestar Universitario Building of the UIS. For the execution of this design, it was necessary to know all the available resources and identify the missing resources to take care of an emergency, with proper description of the building, and study of the current legislation. The main thematic is based on the application of this risk methodology by colors, which evaluate the threat, vulnerability and risk to which the people, resources, systems and processes are exposed. As final product of this Project, five threats of high probability of occurrence were detected: earthquake, fire, explosion, Amit-HMACC and structural collapse. In addition, the normalized operative procedures were designed, integrating all the interested parties from the university community, with the objective of safeguard the integrity of any occupant of the division.
