| dc.description.abstract | La experiencia en práctica en el Colegio Salesiano San Juan Bosco (CSSJB) permite el desarrollo integral de procesos no solo educativos, sino también familiares, sociales e institucionales, encaminados al bienestar de los niños y jóvenes estudiantiles. En la búsqueda de este bienestar educativo, el proyecto, se enfocó en la continuidad del programa de Promotores del Buen Trato el cual fue creado por las anteriores practicantes de Trabajo Social; este programa buscó la capacitación de los estudiantes pertenecientes al grupo para la óptima resolución de conflictos estudiantiles. El presente trabajo se elaboro teniendo en cuenta, el proceso desarrollado para el mejoramiento de la convivencia entre los distintos estamentos de la comunidad educativa. Logrando la participación de los estudiantes y los docentes en la resolución de conflictos teniendo como base los derechos de los niños. Se elaboró un diagnóstico de la población del CSSJB, fundamentado en el enfoque de marco lógico. Este diagnóstico evidencio la ausencia de mecanismos alternativos para la resolución de conflictos y a partir de ello, se desarrolló una estrategia que tuviera como propósito la adopción y aplicación adecuada de tales mecanismos por parte de la institución. La propuesta esta diseñada a partir de teorías propuestas para los colegios en la Resolución de Conflictos y legalmente en la convención de los Derechos de los Niños y la Educación como derechos; presupuestos formulados por las Naciones Unidas, la UNICEF y diferentes instancias gubernamentales y no gubernamentales a nivel nacional. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The experience in practice in Bucaramanga School Salesiano San Juan Bosco (CSSJB) allows the integral development of processes not only educative, but familiar, social and also institutional, directed to the well-being of the children and student young people. In the search of this educative well-being, the project, focused in the continuity of the program of Promoters of the Good Treatment which was created by the previous instructors of Social Work; this program looked for the preparation of the students pertaining to the group for the optimal resolution of student conflicts. The present work I am elaborated considering, the process developed for the improvement of the coexistence between the different estates from the educative community. Obtaining the participation of the students and the educational ones in the resolution of conflicts having as it bases the rights of the children. A diagnosis of the population of the CSSJB, based on the approach of logical frame was elaborated. This diagnosis I demonstrate the absence of alternative mechanisms for the resolution of conflicts and from it, a strategy was developed that had like intention the adoption and suitable application of such mechanisms on the part of the institution. The proposal this designed from propose theories for the schools in the Resolution of Conflicts and legally in the convention of the Rights of the Children and the Education like rights; budgets formulated by the United Nations, the UNICEF and different governmental and nongovernmental instances from national level. | |
