dc.description.abstract	La Unidad Móvil de Servicios Sociales (UMSS) es una estrategia de proximidad, que busca llegar a zonas de difícil acceso promoviendo la equidad en la oferta de los servicios. El presente documento describe la estructuración y puesta en marcha de un modelo de UMSS en Comfenalco Santander, una de las Cajas de Compensación Familiar más representativas de Colombia. El trabajo se desarrolló en cuatro (4) etapas: Etapa 1. Diagnóstico externo e interno: Se realiza un estudio del entorno y un estudio de mercados a fin de identificar necesidades de la población objetivo y un diagnóstico interno para conocer la estructura organizacional, los servicios y la presencia institucional de Comfenalco en el departamento de Santander. Etapa 2. Estudio técnico, administrativo y financiero: Esta etapa abarca la selección de la zona geográfica para la implementación, el diseño del portafolio de servicios, la identificación de las características técnicas de la unidad móvil y el análisis financiero. Etapa 3. Implementación: Corresponde a la planeación y puesta en marcha del modelo de unidad móvil en Soto Norte, provincia seleccionada a través de una metodología para la toma de decisión. Etapa 4. Evaluación de resultados: En esta etapa se realiza la identificación de los beneficios y costos de la implementación en Soto Norte, a fin de aprovechar esta experiencia para replicar el modelo de unidad móvil con éxito en futuras ocasiones
dc.description.abstractenglish	The Mobile Unit of Social Services (MUSS) is a proximity strategy it looks to arrive at zones of difficult access promoting the equity in the offer of the services. The present document describes the structure and beginning of a model of MUSS in Comfenalco Santander, one of the Cajas de Compensación Familiar with more weight in Colombia. The work was developed in four (4) stages: Stage 1. Internal and external Diagnostic: A study is made of the surroundings and a study of the market with means of identifying necessities of the objective population and an internal diagnostic to know the organizational structure, the services and the institutional presence of Comfenalco in the department of Santander. Stage 2. Technical, administrative and financial studies: This stage holds the selection of the geographic zone to implement, the design of the portfolio of services, the identification of the technical characteristics of the mobile unit and the financial analysis. Stage 3. Implementation: Corresponds to the planning and ignition of the model of the mobile unit in Soto Norte, selected province through a methodology to make the decision. Stage 4. Evaluation of results: In this stage the identification of the benefits and costs of the implementation in Soto Norte is revised, with hopes of taking advantage of this experience to replicate the model of a mobile unit with success in future occasions
