| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo presenta la propuesta de una serie de actividades para implementar procesos de adquisición, almacenamiento, preservación, difusión y aprovechamiento del conocimiento en organizaciones industriales de la zona oriente de Colombia; teniendo en cuenta el contexto socio-cultural y apoyándose en un marco teórico a partir de Ikujiro Nonaka, Gareth Morgan y otros, quienes son autores destacados en el tema. Para la combinación de estos factores socio-culturales y el marco teórico se utiliza a la Metodología de los Sistemas Blandos, a través de un escenario de investigación acción en una organización industrial. Con esto se busca acrecentar el marco teórico acerca de la gestión del conocimiento, contextualizar y hallar la pertinencia de la misma en el alcance definido, y aumentar la experiencia en este tipo de procesos. Las actividades propuestas giran alrededor del mantenimiento de la base de conocimiento de la organización y esperan acrecentar la capacidad de la organización para afrontar los desafíos del mercado. El proceso del estudio entrega ejemplos prácticos, pero incipientes, elaborados en el escenario de intervención, los cuales se convierten en una base para continuar la ampliación teórica de la práctica sobre gestión del conocimiento. Para las personas interesadas en los procesos metodológicos, este estudio también es un ejemplo de cómo realizar investigación en escenarios de acción no controlables. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The work presents the proposal of a series of activities to implement processes of acquisition, storage, preservation, diffusion and use of knowledge in organizations industrials of the zone Orient of Colombia; Taking into account the context cultural member and leaning on a theoretic frame as from Ikujiro Nonaka, Gareth Morgan and other ones, that they are authors put on the front in the theme. For the combination of these factors member cultural and the theoretic frame utilizes to the Soft Systems Methodology through a action-research scene, in an organization industrial. With this it is tried to increase the theoretic frame about the knowledge Management, find the pertinence of the same in the definite reach, and to increase the experience in this type of processes. The proposed activities center on the maintenance of the base of knowledge of the organization and hope to increase the capability of the organization to face the defiances of the market. The process of the study, deliver practical examples, but incipient, elaborated at the scene of intervention, which become a base to continue the theoretic enlargement of practice on knowledge Management.
