dc.description.abstract	El presente libro recoge la experiencia y el aprendizaje de la práctica profesional realizada en la Dirección Territorial Santander del Instituto Nacional de Vías – INVIAS, donde se consolidaron actividades relacionadas con la supervisión y la interventoría de proyectos viales. A través del desarrollo de diferentes tareas técnicas y administrativas se buscó dar cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados, orientados a identificar criterios y buenas prácticas para fortalecer los procesos de seguimiento a la ejecución contractual. El principal resultado de la práctica fue la elaboración de una guía de supervisión, documento que unifica los criterios técnicos, documentales y de control aplicables a la supervisión de proyectos viales en la Territorial Santander. Esta guía, construida con base en la experiencia adquirida, constituye un aporte directo a la entidad, en tanto ofrece un instrumento estandarizado y práctico para optimizar la labor de los supervisores, garantizando mayor orden, claridad y eficiencia en el proceso de revisión técnica. De igual forma, se resaltó la importancia de la revisión técnica y documental de las obras en curso, la sistematización de información para el seguimiento contractual y la adecuada gestión de respuestas a las peticiones ciudadanas (PQRDS), lo cual permitió comprender la relevancia de mantener un canal de comunicación transparente y eficiente con la comunidad. De esta manera, el documento ofrece una visión integral sobre el papel que desempeñan la supervisión y la interventoría en el aseguramiento de la calidad de los proyectos viales, dejando como principal aporte institucional la guía de supervisión diseñada.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This book captures the experience and lessons learned from the professional practice carried out at the Santander Territorial Directorate of the National Roads Institute (INVIAS), where activities related to the supervision and oversight of road projects were consolidated. Through the development of various technical and administrative tasks, the aim was to achieve the stated objectives, aimed at identifying criteria and best practices to strengthen contract execution monitoring processes. The main outcome of the internship was the development of a supervision guide, a document that unifies the technical, documentary, and control criteria applicable to the supervision of road projects in the Santander Territory. This guide, developed based on the experience acquired, constitutes a direct contribution to the entity, as it offers a standardized and practical tool to optimize the work of supervisors, ensuring greater order, clarity, and efficiency in the technical review process. Similarly, the importance of technical and documentary review of ongoing works, the systematization of information for contractual monitoring, and the proper management of responses to citizen requests (PQRDS) were highlighted, which allowed the organization to understand the importance of maintaining a transparent and efficient communication channel with the community. In this way, the document offers a comprehensive overview of the role that supervision and oversight play in ensuring the quality of road projects, with the designed supervision guide as its main institutional contribution.
