| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto de grado consta del estudio del Sistema Eléctrico del Tratador Térmico Electrostático en la planta Deshidratadora de la isla VI del Campo Cantagallo en las instalaciones de ECOPETROL. Para el estudio del Sistema Eléctrico del Tratador, se procedió en primera instancia con la recopilación de información de cada una sus Secciones de Deshidratación del petróleo crudo. Con base en la información recopilada se realizo el inventario y el estudio de cada una de las Secciones, como son la Sección de Desgasificación, de Calentamiento, Diferencial y de Coalescencia en la anterior Sección se realizo un estudio teórico del rompimiento de agua emulsiona y Desalado por el Sistema de Coalescencia y del Sistema Electrostático. Los resultados obtenidos servirán para mejorar el conocimiento del proceso y control de la Deshidratación o rompimiento del agua emulsionada en el petróleo crudo, con el fin de corregir cualquier eventualidad o deficiencia presentada durante su funcionamiento y donde se asegurará aumentar el cumplimiento de los parámetros de calidad en el contenido de agua, sedimentos (BSW), y el contenido de sal del crudo enviado a la refinería de la ciudad de Barrancabermeja. Esfuerzos como éste, hacen contribuciones importantes al desarrollo tecnológico, operativo, administrativo, de infraestructura y económico de ECOPETROL y el progreso de nuestro país, además brindan seguridad a las personas y los equipos. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This project consists of survey about the Termic Electrostatic Tratador Electric System in the dehydration plant of facilities the VI Island of the Campo Cantagallo ECOPETROL. To conduct the study about the Electrical System Tratador is in the first instance proceed with the collection of information from each section of dehydration of crude oil. Based on the information gathered will conduct its inventory and study of each section, such as the degasification’s section, heating, differential and coalescence. In the preceding section will present a theorical study about the emulsified water desalination by the system and coalescence of electrostatic system. The results permits to improve knowledge about the process and dehydration control or breaking water in emulsified crude oil, in order to correct any eventuality or deficiency that can occur during its operation and increased compliance with the quality parameters contents in water, sediment (BSW), and the salt content of the crude shipped to the refinery in Barrancabermeja. Efforts such as this will make important contributions to technological development, operational, administrative, infrastructure and economy of ECOPETROL and progress of our country, besides providing security to individuals and teams. | |
