| dc.description.abstract | El presente informe contiene una descripción detallada de la practica empresarial desarrollada en la División de Planta Física por el autor; dentro del marco de la Ingeniería Civil y la división como ente encargado del mantenimiento de las instalaciones y obras civiles en la universidad. Algunas partes de la malla vial de la Universidad Industrial de Santander son aflictivas. Principalmente teniendo en cuenta que despues de los trabajos hechos para la instalación de la nueva red hidráulica; los cuales se completaron durante el mes de mayo de 2005; la malla vial perimetral resulto muy afectada. Por esto que la División de Planta Física encargada de realizar estas reparaciones realiza una licitación para solicitar estos trabajos, el autor desempeño actividades de Auxiliar de Ingeniería en la obra Rehabilitación Parcial de la Malla Vial de la universidad. La otra parte de esta practica empresarial como Ingeniero residente en las obras de Recuperación a la Cancha de Fútbol y Pista Atlética, del Estadio 1º de Marzo; en donde se plantean posibles alternativas que permitan la recuperación, readecuación del escenario deportivo, ofreciéndole a la comunidad UIS la posibilidad de mejorar la calidad deportiva; generando soluciones óptimas en la utilización de los recursos existentes. el capitulo final se refiere al aporte; la elaboración del manual de mantenimiento preventivo para las obras intervenidas; que incluirá mantenimiento de filtros y drenajes, cuidado de la grama y mantenimiento preventivo de la pista atlética instalada en dicho escenario deportivo. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The formless present contains a detailed description of he practices it managerial developed in the Division of Plant Physics by the author; inside the mark of the Civil Engineering and the division like entity in charge of the maintenance of the facilities and civil works in the university. Some parts of the mesh vial of the Industrial University of Santander are aflictivas. Mainly keeping in mind that after the works made for the installation of the new hydraulic net; which were completed during the month of May of 2005; the mesh vial perimetral is very affected. For this reason that the Division of Plant Physics in charge of carrying out these repairs carries out a bid to request these works, the author carries out activities of Auxiliary of Engineering in the work Partial Rehabilitation of the Mesh Vial of the university. The other part of this he/she practices managerial as residing in Engineer the works of Recovery to the Court of Soccer and Athletic Hint, of the Stadium March 1º; where think about possible alternatives that allow the recovery, (readecuación) of the sport scenario, offering to the community UIS the possibility to improve the sport quality; generating good solutions in the use of the existent resources. the one surrenders final he/she refers to the contribution; the elaboration of the manual of preventive maintenance for the intervened works; that it will include maintenance of filters and drainages, care of the grass and preventive maintenance of the athletic hint installed in this sport scenario. | |
