dc.description.abstract	El casco urbano del municipio de los Santos, no cuenta con un hotel que brinde el servicio de hospedaje adecuado a sus visitantes durante las diferentes épocas del año, pues se deben alojar en hospedajes informales, casas de familia o amigos, generándose ciertas incomodidades. En la presente investigación se propone la creación de un hotel en el casco urbano del municipio de los Santos, que ofrezca el servicio de alojamiento, brindando comodidad, confort y el precio adecuado, manteniendo una alta calidad de atención al cliente; aprovechando las bellezas naturales y arquitectónicas, con el fin de atraer al turista para que visite al casco urbano del municipio de Los Santos durante las diferentes épocas del año, como lo son: fines de semana, semana santa, semana cultural, vacaciones de mitad de año y fin de año, ferias y fiestas. Los estudios realizados permiten observar que en el mercado oferente no hay un hotel en el casco urbano del municipio para prestar esta clase de servicios y además los que se están ofreciendo no están ubicados en su casco urbano y se encuentran alejados de él; el estudio técnico indica que no hay dificultad en la localización, procesos, distribución en planta y los recursos necesarios para su puesta en marcha; su constitución organizacional es sencilla y permite planear, administrar, dirigir y controlar las actividades propias de estos servicios; el estudio financiero indica que la inversión inicial y el capital de trabajo están al alcance de las interesadas en el proyecto y la evaluación permite ver que no hay impactos ambientales y sociales negativos sino por el contrario generará empleo, calidad de vida a las gestoras y aporta al sector hotelero y turístico; y en lo referente a la parte financiera los indicadores TIR y VPN indican bondades económicas del proyecto para recuperación de la inversión en un corto plazo menor a dos años.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The municipality of the Saint, does not have a hotel that brinde the service of hospedaje felicitous to his visitors during the different periods of the year, have to lodge in hospedajes informal, houses of family or fellow, generating some discomforts. In the present investigation proposes the creation of a hotel in the municipality of the Saint, that offer the service of accommodation, comfort and the felicitous price, maintaining a high quality of attention to the client; taking advantage of the natural and architectural beauties, with the end to attract to the tourist so that it visit to the municipality of The Saint during the different periods of the year, as they are it: ends of week, saint week, cultural week, holidays of half of year and end of year, fairs and parties. The studies realized allow to observe that in the market oferente there is not a hotel in the urban helmet of the municipality to loan this kind of services and besides those that are offering are not situated in his urban helmet and find of him; the technical study indicates that there is not difficulty in the localizatión, processes, distribution in plant and the necessary resources for his set up; his constitution organizacional is simple and allows to plan, administer, direct and control the proper activities of these services; the financial study indicates that the initial investment and the capital of work are to the extent of the interested in the project and the evaluation allows to see that there are not environmental and social impacts negative but by the contrary will generate employment, quality of life to the gestoras and aporta to the sector hotelero and turistico; and regarding the financial part the indicadores TIR and VPN indicate economic goodnesses of the project for recovery of the investment in a short minor term to two years.
