dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo corresponde a la práctica empresarial realizada en la Secretaría de Planeación e Infraestructura Física del municipio de Pinchote, Santander, orientada al desarrollo de actividades técnicas y administrativas relacionadas con la supervisión de obras civiles, la gestión documental y el seguimiento de proyectos de infraestructura. Durante el desarrollo de la práctica se realizaron actividades tanto de campo como de oficina, participando en procesos asociados con la gestión de proyectos municipales. Entre las principales actividades se encuentran las visitas técnicas a obras de infraestructura, el seguimiento a proyectos de mejoramiento vial y saneamiento básico, la verificación de avances constructivos, el registro fotográfico y la elaboración de informes técnicos a partir de la información recopilada durante las inspecciones. De manera complementaria, se efectuó la revisión y organización de documentación correspondiente a contratos y proyectos de inversión, incluyendo la consulta y verificación de información disponible en la plataforma SECOP. Asimismo, se participó en la clasificación, digitalización y actualización de expedientes físicos y digitales, además de la consolidación de bases de datos destinadas a facilitar la consulta y el control de la información. El desarrollo de estas actividades permitió fortalecer conocimientos y habilidades relacionados con la supervisión de obras, el manejo de documentación técnica y contractual, la elaboración de informes y la organización de información de proyectos. La experiencia también permitió aplicar conocimientos adquiridos durante la formación académica en situaciones propias del ejercicio profesional, ampliando la comprensión de los procesos que intervienen en la planeación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos de infraestructura en el ámbito municipal.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This work presents the results of a professional internship carried out at the Secretariat of Planning and Physical Infrastructure of the Municipality of Pinchote, Santander. The internship involved technical and administrative activities related to the supervision of civil works, document management, and monitoring of infrastructure projects. During the internship, both fieldwork and office activities were carried out as part of the processes managed by the municipal planning department. The main activities included technical site visits to infrastructure projects, monitoring of road improvement and basic sanitation works, verification of construction progress, photographic records, and preparation of technical reports based on the information collected during site inspections. Additionally, the internship involved reviewing and organizing documentation related to contracts and investment projects, including the consultation and verification of information published on the SECOP platform. Activities also included the classification, digitization, and updating of physical and digital records, as well as the consolidation of databases to facilitate the retrieval, organization, and monitoring of project information. The development of these activities contributed to strengthening skills and knowledge related to construction supervision, the management of technical and contractual documentation, report preparation, and project information management. Furthermore, the internship provided an opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired during academic training to real professional situations, thereby developing a broader understanding of the processes involved in the planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure projects within the public sector.
