| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto consiste en determinar la viabilidad para la creación de una empresa que ofrezca el servicio de mantenimiento a equipos electrónicos de instrumentación y análisis químico para empresas de la ciudad de Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana en el departamento de Santander, Colombia. Su nombre será OZ electronics y será una sociedad de tipo Limitada ofreciendo el servicio de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y atención de emergencias las 24 horas del día con procesos estandarizados según las normas ISO 9000 y las recomendaciones que dan los fabricantes de los diferentes equipos. El estudio de mercados arrojo resultados positivos dando buenas posibilidades de incursionar en este tipo de actividad comercial y que de acuerdo a la evaluación financiera da una VPN de 305'859.310 y una TIR de 142% con una población inicial de 20 empresas y un crecimiento aproximado del 20% a 5 años. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The project consists of determining the viability for the creation of a company that offer the maintenance service to electronic instrumentation equipment and chemical analysis for companies of the city of Bucaramanga and their metropolitan area in the department of Santander, Colombia. The name will be OZ electronics and it will be a society of Limited type offering the preventive maintenance service, corrective and emergencies attention 24 hours of the day with processes standardized according to the procedures ISO 9000 and the recommendations that give the manufacturers of the different equipment. The fearlessness market survey resulted positive giving good possibilities of to raid in this type of commercial activity and that according to the financial evaluation gives an VPN of 305'859.310 and an TIR of 142% with an initial population of 20 companies and an approximate growth of the 20% to 5 years. | |
