| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto presenta las actividades y resultados de la práctica realizada en la Oficina de Planeación de la UIS que consistió en el levantamiento de información arquitectónica y estructural para la actualización de los planos digitales de los edificios ubicados en la zona cuatro de la UIS, buscando que la información que se incorpore al sistema de información geográfica de la universidad sea información confiable y veraz. El SIG que se está realizando para la UIS utilizará como datos de entrada la información recolectada en campo y posteriormente llevada a un proceso de digitalización. En este libro se habla de los procesos llevados a cabo, tanto en campo como en oficina, para la obtención de la información que alimentará al SIG, la cual será información gráfica como planos que representen las diferentes áreas con que cuenta la universidad con sus respectivos atributos o datos no espaciales, que describirán características de las áreas como tipo de pintura, tipo de piso, áreas de pintura, los cuales serán útiles para el sistema de administración de recursos físicos de la universidad. También se realizó la implementación de la red geodésica del campus central de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, que consiste en seis puntos materializados a los que se les definió la ubicación en los tres ejes coordenados, amarrados al marco de referencia que rige a Colombia, el MAGNA-SIRGAS; para la obtención de estas coordenadas se utilizó equipo GPS de doble frecuencia y a los datos se le hizo una corrección diferencial en postproceso, obteniendo coordenadas muy precisas para estos puntos y siguiendo los requerimientos del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi IGAC. Los puntos de la red servirán para que a partir de ellos se realice la georeferenciación de los edificios y elementos que se incorporarán al sistema de información geográfica de la UIS. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This Project shows the activities and studies from a practice that took place in the Industrial Santander University. Basically this work was about the research of architectonical and structural information from the fourth zone, in the campus. The main subject was to update the digital planes from the buildings, and try to make them more understandable, and efficient, to someone that could be interested. The GIS that its taking place in the Industrial Santander University, will take as initial information , the data that has been taking from the outside . Then extstep it’s to digitize this information. The meaning of the book it’s to write about all the process that has to been taking , from the begin ning . So it’s important to compile the information that was to ok from outside , and Inside (in the office ). The most important info you can get it’s the graphics, like the planes that shows the different areas and describe characteristics like paint, kind of floor, paint areas, which are more useful for the Physical Resource Administration System in the University. Also the implementation of the Geodesic network from the main campus, consist in six points that were locate with the three axes, tied to the frame that has to be follow in Colombia, the MAGNA-SIRGAS; to obtain these locations, was used a double frequency GPS, but the data was transformed because the idea was to make the information as perfect as possible by a post-pro ce ss m eth o d .
