dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto de grado presenta el diseño y desarrollo de una metodología híbrida utilizando el enfoque Design Thinking y los principios de la guía PMBOK en el proyecto “Plan de Choque” que permita estandarizar la dirección de proyectos similares en ESSA. En primer lugar, se llevará a cabo un diagnóstico de la situación actual del proyecto "Plan de Choque", con el propósito de identificar y comprender áreas de preocupación de los procesos involucrados en el proyecto por medio del mecanismo de medición creado para evaluar el grado de implementación de esta metodología híbrida. Posteriormente, se diseñará una metodología híbrida que incorpore tanto los principios ágiles de Design Thinking como la gestión de proyectos que se alinean con los principios de la Guía PMBOK. La estandarización de esta metodología híbrida será posible mediante el aplicativo Suite Visión Empresarial que permitirá la parametrización y centralización de la información relacionada con proyectos similares al "Plan de Choque" en ESSA. Además, se establecerá un indicador que permita evaluar el grado de cumplimiento de la metodología híbrida mediante una rubrica de evaluación. Se llevará a cabo una socialización de la metodología implementada en la Suite Visión Empresarial, dirigida a los líderes del proyecto "Plan de Choque", asegurando una comprensión sólida y una correcta aplicación de los principios híbridos que toman en consideración tanto la agilidad como los lineamientos de la Guía PMBOK. Se reconoce que puede haber diferencias entre lo planeado y lo ejecutado debido a limitaciones.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This degree project presents the design and development of a hybrid methodology using the Design Thinking approach and the principles of the PMBOK Guide in the “Plan de Choque” project to standardize the management of similar projects at ESSA. Firstly, a diagnosis of the current situation of the "Plan de Choque" project will be carried out, with the purpose of identifying and understanding areas of concern in the processes involved in the project through the measurement mechanism created to evaluate the degree of implementation of this hybrid methodology. Subsequently, a hybrid methodology will be designed that incorporates both the agile principles of Design Thinking and project management aligned with the principles of the PMBOK Guide. The standardization of this hybrid methodology will be made possible through the Suite Visión Empresarial application, which will allow for the parameterization and centralization of information related to projects similar to the "Plan de Choque" at ESSA. Additionally, an indicator will be established to evaluate the degree of compliance with the hybrid methodology through an evaluation rubric. A dissemination of the methodology implemented in Suite Visión Empresarial will be conducted, aimed at the leaders of the "Plan de Choque" project, ensuring a solid understanding and correct application of the hybrid principles that take into account both agility and the guidelines of the PMBOK Guide. It is acknowledged that there may be differences between what is planned and what is executed due to limitations.
