| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente documento, describe el proceso metodológico derivado de la experiencia académica de la formación profesional desarrollada por la autora, durante el primer semestre del 2007 en la implementación del proceso de Auditoria Externa a la IPS de la red prestadora ARS Caja de Compensación Familiar Cajasan de Bucaramanga. En las temáticas incluidas en el referente teórico conceptual se encuentra la Evolución del concepto de salud desde el modelo biomédico, el concepto de salud pública, la calidad en los servicios de salud, Enfoques de la Calidad, la Evaluación de la Calidad en los servicios de salud, los Atributos de la Calidad, la Auditoria en Salud; el referente legal en salud a nivel internacional y nacional, estructura del Sistema de salud en Colombia ,el Sistema obligatorio de Garantía en Salud; la caracterización institucional y de la experiencia en la que se desarrollo el diagnostico y la planeación estratégica, la ejecución de las actividades y posteriormente la evaluación del proceso a nivel personal, institucional; las conclusiones finales del proceso de intervención profesional desarrollado y las recomendaciones dirigidas a las instituciones ( ARS Caja de Compensación Familias Cajasan, Universidad Industrial de Santander) hasta llegar a la propuesta de intervención : Modelo Básico de Auditoria de la Calidad en la Atención de Primer Nivel - Cajasan Bucaramanga. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The next document, describes the methodological process derived from the academic experience of the professional formation developed by the author, during the first semester of 2007 on the implementation of the external auditing process of the IPS on the providing net ARS (insurance company that administers professional risks) fiCaja de Compensación Familiar Cajasan of Bucaramanga. On the themes included, in the theoretical and conceptual referent we can find the evolution of the health concept from the biomedical model perspective, the public health concept, the quality of the health services, Focuses of the Quality, the Evaluation of the Quality in the services of health, the Attributes of the Quality, the health services audit; the national and international legal health referents; it structures of the System of health in Colombia, the obligatory System of Guarantee in Health; the institutional characterization and the experience in which the diagnose and the strategic planning was made, the execution of the activities and the post evaluation of the process; the final conclusions of the professional intervention process that was develop, and the recommendations directed to the institutions ( ARS, Caja de Compensanción Familiar Cajasan, Universidad Industrial de Santander) until it gets to the intervention proposal : Basic Model of Quality Audit on the First Level Attention Œ Cajasan Bucaramanga. | |
