| dc.description.abstract | Este documento describe el desarrollo del trabajo de grado realizado en el proceso de Recursos Físicos de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, el cual detalla las etapas de diagnostico, planeación, documentación, implementación, evaluación y mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad de este proceso según los lineamientos de la Norma Técnica Colombiana ISO 9001:2000. La etapa de diagnóstico determinó las condiciones iniciales del proceso de Recursos Físicos con relación al cumplimiento de los requisitos de la NTC ISO 9001:2000. Esta información fue utilizada para realizar la planeación del Sistema y la elaboración de la documentación necesaria para la etapa de implementación. La realización de estas etapas estuvo acompañada por capacitaciones que permitieron mostrar al personal del proceso de Recursos Físicos, los beneficios y la importancia de adoptar una herramienta administrativa como un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad. Posteriormente se llevó a cabo la etapa de evaluación a través de las auditorias; las cuales suministraron suficiente información para construir el plan de mejoramiento del proceso; finalmente se muestra el nivel de implementación del SGC en el proceso de Recursos Físicos además de las conclusiones y recomendaciones que facilitarán la consolidación del sistema. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This document describes the degree of development work about the process of physical resources of the Industrial University of Santander, which details the stages of diagnosis, planning, documentation, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of the quality management system of this process along the lines of Colombian Technical Standard ISO 9001:2000. The stage of diagnosis determined the original terms of the physical resources in relation to compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 NTC. This information was used to make the planning system and preparing the documentation required for the implementation stage. The realization of these steps was accompanied by training to show the staff of the process of physical resources, benefits and importance of adopting an administrative tool as a Quality Management System. It was subsequently conducted the evaluation stage through audits, which provided enough information to build the plan of improving the process; finally it shows the level of implementation of SGC in the process of physical resources as well as the conclusions and recommendations which will facilitate the consolidation of the system | |
