dc.description.abstract	En el siguiente artículo se presentan las actividades realizadas durante la práctica empresarial como auxiliar de ingeniería durante los meses de septiembre del 2019 a enero del 2020 iniciando con una breve introducción de la empresa Ingeniería, Mantenimiento y Medio Ambiente IMMA S.A.S., señalando la historia, la misión, la visión y los servicios que ofrece. Posteriormente se describe la metodología y el apoyo de actividades enfocadas a la planeación, dirección y ejecución de los proyectos de la empresa. Las actividades que se realizaron durante el desarrollo de la práctica estuvieron relacionadas al área de gestión de proyectos, elaboración de cronogramas y presupuestos, identificación de requisitos en licitación pública, creación de propuestas para entidades públicas y privadas, elaboración de informes en un proyecto de consultoría. También se realizaron labores de apoyo de ingeniero residente con la elaboración del acta de inicio del contrato, llevando la bitácora de la obra, las órdenes de compra, el balance de mayores y menores, el acta de finalización y documentación respectiva de la obra en el municipio de Matanza, Santander. Además, se realizaron visitas de campo de algunas obras en ejecución. Al final del documento se presentan anexos de los formatos utilizados para la elaboración de los balances, las actas de las obras, órdenes de compra, algunos formatos para la presentación de propuestas (licitaciones), entre otros..
dc.description.abstractenglish	The following article presents the activities carried out during the business practice as an engineering assistant during the months of September 2019 to January 2020 starting with a brief introduction of the company Engineering, Maintenance and Environment IMMA S.A.S., pointing out the history, mission, vision and services offered. Afterwards, the methodology and support of activities focused on the planning, management and execution of the company's projects are described. The activities carried out during the development of the practice were related to the area of project management, preparation of schedules and budgets, identification of requirements in public bidding, creation of proposals for public and private entities, preparation of reports in a consulting project. The resident engineer also provided support in the preparation of the contract initiation document, keeping the project logbook, purchase orders, the balance sheet of major and minor projects, the completion document and the respective documentation of the project in the municipality of Matanza, Santander. In addition, field visits were made to some of the works in progress. At the end of the document, annexes are presented of the formats used for the preparation of the balance sheets, the minutes of the works, purchase orders, some formats for the presentation of proposals (tenders), among others.
