| dc.description.abstract | En este trabajo se exponen las actividades referentes a la estimación de los costos y la generación de presupuestos para las obras de infraestructura vial, servicios públicos, plan de manejo de tráfico y desvíos, del Sistema Integrado de Transporte Masivo en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, realizadas durante la práctica empresarial en el grupo de investigación Geomática de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. El aporte de esta práctica empresarial consiste en plantear una metodología que permita sistematizar la información, la cual se desarrolla en dos etapas: la explicación de los procedimientos aplicados para la generación de presupuestos, y la estrategia para la búsqueda, procesamiento, generación, y presentación de información, aplicando los procesos necesarios para gestionar los costos y la comunicación, de acuerdo a lo propuesto en el Project Management Institute (PMI) 2004. El alcance de este aporte es servir de apoyo a proyectos similares, a partir del planteamiento de la gestión de la comunicación como herramienta necesaria durante la realización de las estimaciones de costos y generación de presupuestos, y del registro de los procedimientos aplicados. De esta manera la totalidad del equipo de trabajo puede conocer la importancia de su labor y la repercusión de ésta en el logro de los objetivos del proyecto. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | In this work the relating activities are exposed to the estimate of the costs and the generation of budgets for the works of Vial Infrastructure, public services, plan of traffic handling and deviations of the Integrated System of Massive Transport in the city of Bucaramanga, carried out during the managerial practice in the Research group Geomática of the Industrial University of Santander. The contribution of this managerial practice consists of outlining a methodology that allows to systematize the information, which is developed in two stages: the explanation of the procedures applied for the generation of budgets, and the strategy for the search, prosecution, generation, and presentation of information, applying the necessary processes to manage the costs and the communication, according to what was proposed in the Project Management Institute (PMI) 2004. The reach of this contribution is to serve as support to similar projects, starting from the position of the administration of the communication as a necessary tool during the realization of the estimates of costs and generation of budgets, and the registration of the applied procedures. This way the entirety of the work team can know the importance of its work and the repercussion of it in the achievement of the objectives of the project. | |
