dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo evaluar la viabilidad de la implementación de una nueva línea de sandalias con materiales reciclables y biodegradables en la fábrica Floripe, enfocado hacia las mujeres de los estratos 5 y 6 con edades de 20 a 44 años, residentes en la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Inicialmente el trabajo trata generalidades del sector del calzado, seguido de un estudio de mercados que permitió recoger información con respecto a: comportamientos, hábitos, necesidades, gustos, preferencias, nivel de aceptación y nivel de compra entre otros; esta información nos permite identificar que en Bucaramanga existe la oportunidad inmediata para incursionar en el mercado y poder entregar a las mujeres de estratos 5 y 6 un producto de alta calidad con diseños exclusivos que cuida sus pies y el medio ambiente. En el estudio técnico se describe el tamaño del proyecto, definición de los procesos de producción y la distribución de la planta; En el estudio administrativo se hace referencia a la estructura legal de la empresa, el organigrama y el manual de funciones para cada puesto de trabajo y la respectiva asignación de salarios, en el estudio financiero se presenta las fuentes de recurso usadas para la puesta en marcha del proyecto y la necesidad de la inversión. Se logra establecer la viabilidad desde el punto de vista social y ambiental ya que el proyecto pretende contribuir con la conservación del entorno mediante la utilización de sustancias biodegradables y reciclables mejorando el desempeño ambiental de la organización y con esto participar en nuevas oportunidades de negocios.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This project aims to assess the feasibility of implementing a new line of sandals with recyclable and biodegradable materials in the factory Floripe focused towards women in strata 5 and 6 aged 20-44 years living in the city of Bucaramanga. Initially, the work addresses generalities in the footwear sector, followed by a market research allowed to collect information regarding: behaviors, habits, needs, tastes, preferences, level of acceptance and purchase level among others; This information allows us to identify in Bucaramanga there is an immediate opportunity to enter the market and to deliver women from layers 5 and 6 of a high-quality designs with their feet and caring environment. The technical study the size of the project, defining the processes of production and distribution plant described; In reference to the administrative study the legal structure of the company and the organizational manual functions for each job and the respective allocation of wages in the business study is the funding source used for the implementation is presented project and the need for investment. Viability is successful in terms of social and environmental terms as the project aims to contribute to the conservation of the environment by using biodegradable and recyclable substances improving the environmental performance of the organization and participate in this new business opportunities
