dc.description.abstract	En el siguiente escrito se encuentra el rastreamiento al concepto panóptico; el cual da inicio desde el texto titulado Panóptico del pensador ingles Jeremy Bentham hasta el texto del pensador contemporáneo Michael Foucault, Vigilar y Castigar, rastreamiento que da por resultado la caracterización entre similitudes y diferencias de los pensadores y permite definir una características generales. En este escrito se permite observar y definir no solo las características que enmarcan los pensadores, sino que a su vez, la forma adecuada de hacer calar en el imaginario de las personas las características que enmarcan, normalizan y logran que se imiten los comportamientos adecuados y se cumplan. En un segundo momento del escrito, se observa cómo las características definidas por medio del rastreamiento se contextualizan a la Universidad Industrial de Santander, las cuales dan como resultado positivo la implantación completa del sistema disciplinario o panóptico no solo en la universidad sino en el calado de las personas que se viene desarrollando desde diferentes instituciones o instancias de estas, tales como la familia, el colegio, la iglesia o una que es evidente y perceptible pero no parece perteneciente a este, la policía. Por ende el fin del escrito es el demostrar la contextualización del panóptico o del sistema disciplinario en la UIS. 1
dc.description.abstractenglish	In the following writing the tracking is to the concept panopticon; which there gives beginning from the text graduate Panóptico of the English thinker Jeremy Bentham up to the text of the contemporary thinker Michael Foucault, To monitor and To punish, tracing that gives for the characterization between similarities and differences of the thinkers and one allows to define general characteristics. In this writing it is allowed observe and to define not only the characteristics that the thinkers that frame, but in turn, the suitable way of making sink in into the imaginary one of the persons the characteristics that frame, they normalize and achieve that the suitable behaviors are imitated and are fulfilled. In the second moment of the writing, is observed how the characteristics defined by means of the traking contextualise to the Industrial University of Santander, which give as positive result the complete implantation of the disciplinary system or panopticon not only in the university but in the fret of the persons that one comes developing from different institutions or authorities of these, such as the family, the college, the church or one that is evident and perceptible but the police do not seem to this one to be belonging. For ende the end purpose of the writing is to demonstrate the contextualization of the panopticon or of the disciplinary system in the UIS. 3
