dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado se realizó dentro de los parámetros institucionales de la Corporación Surgir con la población de barrio María Paz norte, actuando principalmente con los y las jóvenes de esta comunidad, durante finales del año 2008 y comienzos del 2009 en ciudad de Bucaramanga. El proceso de intervención se basa en el enfoque de Desarrollo humano postulado por Amartya Sen, para el cual el individuo posee las capacidades necesarias para cambiar su vida y aportar al desarrollo de la comunidad a la cual pertenece. Desde esta perspectiva el objetivo general fue con el fin de aportar desde la juventud al desarrollo comunitario mediante el uso de las capacidades individuales de cada joven; igualmente facilitar espacios de participación para que actuar; entre los cuales se encuentran la teoría de sistemas, la importancia de las redes de apoyo, la igualdad de condiciones y la incidencia comunitaria; así también, la pluralidad al concebir a cada uno de los jóvenes como seres únicos con diferentes puntos de vista que al unirse con otras culturas juveniles pueden generar ideas transformadoras y renovadoras para el progreso de la comunidad y la sociedad en general.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The present graduate work was realized inside of the institutional parameters of the Corporación Surgir with the neighborhood María Paz´s people, acting mainly with the young of this community, during ends of the year 2008 and beginnings of the 2009 in city of Bucaramanga. The process of intervention was based in the approach of Human Development postulate by Amartya Sen, for which the individual possesses the necessary capacities to change his or her life and he or she helps to the development of the community to which belongs, from this perspective the main objective was: to create and to consolidate a juvenile organization stable and participative in the neighborhood María Paz North with the end of contribute from to youth to the development of the community doing use of the individual capacities of each young, facilitating spaces of participation so that they can exert the individual freedom. By them was necessary to resort to theories that addressed the work and allowed to achieve the results expected, the postulate was the theory of systems; the equality of conditions; like this also the plurality did part of the project when conceiving to each one of the youngsters like only beings with different points of view, than when joining with other juvenile cultures can generate transformers ideas and innovators for the progress of the community and the society generally *
