dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo, es una iniciativa desde la modalidad de práctica empresarial, como modalidad de trabajo de grado de la escuela de Trabajo Social UIS, la cual fue llevada a cabo en la Corporación Justicia y Libertad. Esta acción social se encuentra adscrita al paradigma critico-social, el cual está dirigido no solo a indagar, obtener datos y comprender la realidad que se estudie, sino a provocar trasformaciones sociales desde los contextos en los que se interviene. Este ejercicio académico tuvo como referente una metodología participativa con la intención de que los cambios propuestos fueran producto del conocimiento y las experiencias de todas las personas integrantes de la organización. Así mismo incluyo un enfoque desde la pedagogía de educación popular, permitiendo con ello que las reflexiones, discusiones y acciones dadas en el marco de este proceso interdisciplinar, estuvieron dirigidas a impulsar estrategias que generaran cambios en la realidad interna de la institución y a su vez implicarían transformaciones en la vida de las personas con quienes se trabaja. En consecuencia de lo anterior la finalidad principal de esta práctica fue la inclusión consciente de la perspectiva psicosocial en las intervenciones que se desarrollan en la Corporación, mediante la creación e implementación de un protocolo jurídico social, el cual permita que las orientaciones y/o procesos que se adelanten desde esta organización logren vincular de manera holística la realidad social e individual de una persona.
