dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto tiene como fin dar a conocer las actividades realizadas durante la práctica empresarial en la Alcaldía municipal de Pamplona Norte de Santander, como requisito para la obtención del título profesional de Ingeniero Civil, cumpliendo con los reglamentos de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. Las actividades comprendidas en el desarrollo de la práctica se centraron en las inspecciones a obras en construcción, con el fin de verificar el cumplimiento de licencias de construcción, normatividad vigente frente a los criterios de conservación arquitectónica y la veracidad de los planos aprobados por la secretaria de planeación con respecto a la obra en construcción, la realización del pre proyecto por el cual se pretende recuperar el centro histórico (Calle Real - carrera 6ª, entre calle 6ª y calle 9ª, la calle 5ª entre carrera 5ª y carrera 4ª y la carrera 4ª entre calle 5ª y calle 2ª, mediante la adecuación de vías de coexistencia en la zona céntrica, la realización del pre proyecto por el cual se construirán veintiún baterías sanitarias en las veredas más dispersas del municipio y por último la actividad correspondiente a la realización del censo por el cual el ministerio de vivienda pretende proporcionar ayudas correspondientes a mejoramiento de vivienda en zona urbana por medio de incentivos económicos.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This article aims to introduce the activities that were performed during the entrepreneurial practicum in the municipal mayoralty of Pamplona, Norte de Santander, as a request to achieve the professional title of Civil Engineer, thus fulfilling the regulations of the Universidad Industrial de Santander. The activities framed in the practicum development were focused on the inspection to buildings under construction to the intend of verifying the construction licenses, valid normativity in regards to architectonic conservation criteria, and the veracity of the planes approved by the Planning Secretary regarding the building under construction, the pre-project whereby the Historical Center is restored (Royal Street 6th road between 6th street and 9th street, 5th road between 5th street and 4th street, and the 4th road between 5th street and 2nd street) by means of the improvement of co-existence ways in the downtown, the pre-project enforcement whereby sanitary batteries would be set up in the furthest rural zones, and, at last, the census performance whereby the Dwelling Ministry intends to affording aids for the improvement of dwellings in urban zone through economic incentive.
