dc.description.abstract	El siguiente documento describe la metodología utilizada para revisar, diseñar, actualizar, desarrollar e implementar un sistema de gestión integrado para INDUSTRIAS TANUZI S.A, bajo los lineamientos de las normas ISO 14001, ISO 9001 e OHSAS 18001, para su posterior certificación con la NTC ISO 14001:2004 y recertificación en las NTC ISO 9001:2008 y OHSAS 18001:2007 por parte del ente certificador ICONTEC. Las etapas principales del proyecto se basaron en el ciclo Deming y se desarrollaron a través de los capítulos contenidos en este documento. Para tener un mejor enfoque de la metodología a desarrollar, se realizó como primera medida un diagnóstico del estado actual de la empresa y una revisión del cumplimiento de los requisitos de las normas, de esta forma se pudo identificar los puntos claves para tratar en el proyecto. En la segunda etapa se planificaron y programaron las actividades necesarias para efectuar el diseño, desarrollo e implementación del sistema de gestión ambiental, la revisión y actualización de los sistemas de gestión de calidad y de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para su integración. En la tercera etapa se documentaron todos los procesos necesarios para cumplir con los requisitos de las normas y para el funcionamiento del sistema integrado de gestión, se identificaron y evaluaron los aspectos ambientales y requisitos legales, se generó el plan de control operacional, los objetivos, metas, programas del sistema de gestión integrado, el plan de gestión integral de residuos, y el plan de emergencias y evacuación. La etapa de implementación conllevó la asignación de recursos, funciones, responsabilidades, una continua sensibilización y capacitación del personal, y la divulgación y comunicación de los procesos del sistema. Para terminar se programó y realizó una auditoria interna y una auditoria por parte del ente certificador que sirvieron de mecanismo de revisión y evaluación del sistema integrado de gestión.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The following document describes the methodology used to check, design, update, develope, and implement an integrated management system to INDUSTRIAS TANUZI S.A., under the lineament of the ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and OHSAS 18001 regulations, for its later certification with the NTC ISO 14001:2004, and recertification in the NTC ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 by the certification company ICONTEC. The main stages of the project were based on the Deming cycle and were developed through the chapters contained in this document. To have a better focus of the methodology to develop, a diagnosis of the actual state of the company and checking of the fullfilling of the requirements of the regulations was made. In this way the identification of the key points to discuss in the project were made. The second stage was planned and programmed the necessary activities to make the design, development, and implementation of the environmental system management, the ckecking and update of the quality and security and work health management systems for its integration. In the third stage all the processes needed to fullfill the requisited of the regulations and the operation of the management integrated system was documented, the environmental aspects and legal requisites were identified and evaluated, the operational plan control, the goals, programs of the integrated management system, the integrated plan of waste products, and the emergency and evacuation plan were generated. The phase of implementation brough the allowance of resources, functions, responsibilities, a continuos sensibilization and training of the workers, and the spreading and communication of the system processes. Finally, it was programmed and realized an internal audit and an audit from the certifier company which were used as a mecanism of checking and evaluation the integrated management system.
