dc.description.abstract	El ajedrez es un juego de hombres que ha pasado por diferentes facetas de la historia, se ha siempre destacado por sus características intelectuales, incluso se ha llegado a afirmar que este contiene emociones de tipo artístico. Esto ha incentivado el interés en desarrollar un análisis de la incidencia de las pasiones en el juego, debido a su caracterización típicamente racional; pues al centrarnos en el concepto de pasión de Hume, observamos que el hombre no es sólo una parte mental, sino una unión de la naturaleza humana, tanto racional como pasional, un compendio que lo unifica y no lo separa, por ello en la búsqueda de establecer si hay o no incidencia de las pasiones en el juego, debemos en primera instancia partir de la relación que puede existir entre el hombre y el ajedrez desde los diferentes contextos como: la historia, las analogías sobre el juego, la lucha entre géneros y la visión de mundo en relación al tablero y las piezas entre otros. También se hace necesario definir el concepto pasión para analizar si el ajedrez al ser una actividad del hombre, permite que en él haya pasiones, diferentes a las emociones artísticas que contiene el antecedente que desarrollamos al tomar al autor Ezequiel Martínez Estrada, poeta, filósofo y escritor argentino, quien hace una filosofía del ajedrez.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Chess is a human game who have gone through different facets of the history, it has always standed out for its intelectual features, it has even been argued that it contains artistic emotions. This has stimulated interest in developing an analysis of the impact of the passions in the game, due to his typically rational characterization; that humans are not just a mental part, but a union of both rational and passionate human nature, a compendium that unifies and does not separate it, so in the seeking to establish whether there is incidence of passions in the game, we must in the first instance begin from the relationship that can exist between man and chess from different contexts like: the history, the analogies about the game with life, the fight between genres and the world view related to the board and the pieces, among others. It is also necessary to define the concept of passion to analyze if chess, as a human activity, allows for passions different to the artistic emotions contained in the antecedent addressed: Ezequiel Martínez Estrada, an argentinean poet, philosopher and writer who develop a philosophy of chess.
