| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este trabajo es el de conocer la factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora de queso dietético y crema de leche, para demostrar su viabilidad se realizó el estudio de mercados, el cual permitió la obtención y análisis de la información relacionada con las condiciones existentes de la demanda y la oferta en cuanto a queso dietético y crema de leche. Posteriormente se realizó el estudio técnico en el que se estableció el tamaño, localización de la empresa, maquinaria y equipos a utilizar, materias primas, así como la ingeniería del proyecto. El estudio administrativo que dio los parámetros para fijar el tipo de empresa, el personal y su estructura organizacional. Con los datos anteriormente obtenidos se elaboró el estudio financiero mediante el cual se desarrolló la proyección de ingresos y egresos para realizar las proyecciones durante los cinco años de vida y la inversión total del proyecto. Finalmente se realizó la evaluación económica, la cual permitió conocer la rentabilidad del proyecto y así determinar su viabilidad desde el punto de vista financiero. De esta manera se pudo concluir que con la puesta en marcha de RICOLAC LTDA. se garantiza la recuperación de la inversión, se genera empresa, empleo y por ende se contribuye al desarrollo económico para la región. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The aim of this work is of knowing the feasibility for the creation of a productingcompany of dietetic cheese and ceam of milk. To show his viability we realized thestudy of markets, which it founded the obtaining and analysis of theinformationrelated to the existing conditions of the demandand the after as fordietetic cheese and cream of milk. Later we realized the tednicla study in which wefounded the size, location for the company, machinary and equipmentto using,prime, like that matters as as the ingineering of the project the administrative studythat gave the parameters to fix the typeof company, the personnel and his structure oranizational. With the information previously obtained we elaborated the financial study means ofwhich we develop the proyection of income an expeditures to realize theprojectinosduring five years of life and the investment of the project. Finally werealized the economic evaluation which in permited to khow the profitability of theproject nad this way to detetmine his viability from the financial poin of view. Herebyit was posible to conclude that with the putting in RICOLAC’S march Ltda therecovery of teh invesment is guaranteed company is generated, employment and therefore it is contributed to the economic devepment to the region | |
