dc.description.abstract	Se diseñó el presente proyecto con el fin de determinar la factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de joyas de plata y oro-plata en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, y su especialidad serán los anillos de oro-plata y los aretes de plata, teniendo en cuenta la gran demanda de estos productos en el mercado tanto nacional como internacional, la disponibilidad de materia prima en nuestra región, y la oportunidad de crear una empresa de joyas con nuevos diseños, contribuyendo al fortalecimiento de la economía en nuestro departamento, y a la generación de empleo, entre otros. Su metodología está orientada a verificar la existencia de una demanda potencial constituida por el 75% de las joyerías de la ciudad, identificando una demanda insatisfecha de 91.791 para el año 2010; de igual forma permitió identificar la estructura técnica necesaria para su producción, utilizando el 80% de su capacidad instalada. Continuando con el estudio administrativo legal la empresa se constituye como una sociedad limitada conformada por dos socios y 12 empleados, según el organigrama y su respectivo manual de funciones. En el estudio financiero se presenta la inversión de la empresa con un valor total de $103.029.316, se aplicaron adicionalmente fuentes de financiación por un valor de $30.000.000 por un periodo de cinco años. Finalmente se evalúa el proyecto con el fin de definir su viabilidad, dando a conocer la tasa interna de retorno generada para este proyecto es de 85%, siendo mayor que la tasa de rentabilidad esperada (23.76%)
dc.description.abstractenglish	The present project with the purpose of determining the feasibility for the creation of a producing was designed and marketer company of jewels of silver and gold-silver in the city of Bucaramanga, and their specialty silver will be the gold ring/and the earrings of silver, considering the great demand of these products in the national market as much international, the availability of raw material in our region, and the opportunity to create a jewel company with new designs, contributing to the fortification of the economy in our department, and to the generation of use, among others. Its methodology is oriented to verify the existence of a potential demand constituted by 75% of the jewelry shops of the city, identifying a demand unsatisfied of 91.791 for year 2010; similarly it allowed to identify necessary the technical structure for its production, being used 80% of its installed capacity. Continuing with the legal administrative study the company it is constituted like a society limited conformed by two partners and 12 employees, according to the respective organizational chart and its manual of functions. In the financial study the investment of the company with a total value of $103.029.316 appears, were additionally applied sources of financing by a value of $30.000.000 by a period of five years. Finally the project with the purpose of defining its viability is evaluated, giving to know the internal rate return generated for this project is of 85%, being greater than the rate of awaited yield (23.76%)
