dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto se realizó en CONSTRUCTORA HERAD LTDA., el cual se inició en Enero del 2011 y finalizo en Junio del 2010, cuyo principal objetivo se enfocó en Diseñar, Documentar, Implementar y Evaluar el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional bajo los lineamientos de la Norma NTC OHSAS 18001:2007. El proyecto parte del Diagnostico con respecto al cumplimiento de los requisitos de Seguridad y Salud ocupacional que exige la Norma NTC OHSAS 18001:2007. En base a los resultados del diagnóstico se realizó el plan de implementación y se socializó con todos los funcionarios de CONSTRUCTORA HERAD LTDA., posteriormente se documentó todos los procedimientos, formatos, matrices e instructivos. Luego se implementó el sistema por medio de capacitaciones y socializaciones relacionadas con la protección, promoción y prevención de la salud de los funcionarios. Después de documentado e implementado el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional se realizaron 2 (dos) auditorías internas para evaluar la efectividad del sistema, y poder formular un plan de mejoramiento para el sostenimiento del SGS&SO. Con la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional OHSAS 18001:2007 en CONSTRUCTORA HERAD LTDA. se pudo minimizar los riegos a los cuales están expuestos lo funcionarios, desarrollando sus actividades laborales en ambientes seguros evitando accidentes de trabajo y enfermedades profesionales
dc.description.abstractenglish	The current project was made in CONTRUCTORA HERAD LTDA, and was started at the beginning of January of 2011 and ended in June of 2011, the principal target was focused in designing, document, implement and evaluate the safety management system and occupational health under the lineaments of the NTC OHSAS 18001:2007 normativity. The project begins from the diagnosis of the fulfillment of the requirements of security and occupational health that the NTC OHSAS 18001:2007 normativity demands. basing on the results obtained from the diagnosis an implementation plan was made and it was socialized with all the employers of the CONSTRUCTORA HERAD LTDA, then all the procedure, formats, matrix and instructive were documented. Later the system was implemented through capacitation and socializing it, everything related with the protection, promotion, and prevention of the worker´s health. After the safety management system and occupational health was documented and implemented, two internal audits were made in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the system, and to be able to formulate an improvement plan for the maintenance of the SGS&SO. With the implementation of the safety management system and occupational health OHSAS 18001:2007 in CONSTRUCTORA HERAD LTDA we could minimize the risks which the workers are expose to, by developing secure working environments, avoiding this way incidents and professional diseases.
