dc.description.abstract	El trabajo de grado expuesto a continuación consiste en mostrar las actividades desarrolladas en la empresa DICO TELECOMUNICACIONES, para llevar a cabo la implementación del Sistema de Seguridad Industrial, Salud Ocupacional y Ambiente bajo los lineamientos de la guía RUC (Registro Uniforme de Evaluación del Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Ambiente SSOA para Contratistas). Se analizaron los requerimientos exigidos por la guía RUC y posteriormente se validó un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa, lo cual evidenció puntos neurálgicos dentro de los procesos ejecutados por la compañía y de ahí un punto de partida para priorizar e implementar efectivamente el Sistema Integrado de Gestión SISOMA. Posteriormente,se documenta cada uno de los componentes del SISOMA el cual fundamenta todo el sistema, su alcance y ejecución. Lo anteriormente expuesto presenta el punto de partida para iniciar el proyecto de acuerdo con lo estipulado en cada uno de sus programas, evidenciando como resultado el mejoramiento de las condiciones laborales del trabajador, la conservación ambiental y demás factores ligados a la implementación del RUC. Para finalizar el desarrollo del proyecto se audita el sistema establecido con el fin de detectar oportunidades de mejora y definir acciones correctivas para darle solidez al Sistema Integrado de Seguridad Industrial, Salud Ocupacional y Ambiente.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The graduation work thatexposed is set out below show the development of all activities that was executed in DICO TELECOMUNICACIONES S.A. company to carry out the implementation of the INDUSTRIAL SAFETY, OCCUPATIONAL HEALT AND ENVIRONMENT SYSTEM in accordance of the guidelines of RUC guide (Assessment Safety Management, Occupational Health and Environmental System Uniform Record for Contractors.) Was analyzed all the requirements demanded by the RUC guide and then was validated a diagnosis of current situation of the company which evidence many key points within the processes executed by the company and that show a starting point to prioritize and effectively development of implement the integrated SISOMA management. Then was documented each one of the components of SISOMA which support whole system, it´s scope and execution. The above provides the starring point to begin the project in accordance with the provisions of each one of all the programs; showing results in better conditions to the work force, environmental conservation and other factors related to the implementation of the RUC guide. To finalize the development of the project the system it‟s audited to identify opportunities for improvement and define corrective actions to give stability to the Industrial Safety, Occupational Health and Environment System.
