dc.description.abstract	El Campo Escuela Colorado, es un campo petrolero ubicado en la cuenca del Valle Medio del Magdalena en un área del Municipio de San Vicente de Chucurí del Departamento de Santander. Actualmente es operado por la Universidad Industrial de Santander gracias al convenio firmado con Ecopetrol S.A., con el fin de integrar la academia con la industria. Durante el desarrolló del campo Colorado, desde la primera vez que se exploró hasta ahora, se ha generado grandes cantidades de información, no solo en temas de operación y producción sino también información en los ámbitos social, ambiental y en investigación, entre otros temas. La manera en que se ha archivado la información no ha sido la más adecuada, por lo que es necesario disponer de un sistema con la información debidamente organizada y consultable fácilmente. Por lo tanto sistematización de la información correspondiente a las áreas de geología y ambiental del Proyecto Campo Escuela Colorado. La metodología aplicada abarca las actividades de recopilación, revisión y selección, clasificación, digitalización y generación de metadatos de los documentos. De esta manera, se cuenta con la primera información para comenzar a alimentar el repositorio del Campo Escuela Colorado, además de ser el trabajo guía para las demás áreas.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Colorado Field School is an oil field located in the Middle Magdalena Valley basin in an área the municipality of San Vicente de Chucurí, Department Santander. It is currently operated by the Industrial University of Santander thanks to the agreement signed with Ecopetrol S.A., in order to integrate the academy with the industry. During the development of the Colorado oil field, from the first time it is explored so far, has been generated large amounts of information, not only in subjects of operation and production but also information on the social, environmental and research, among other topics. The manner in which the information has been archived was not the most suitable, so it is necessary to have a system with the information duly organized and easily searchable. Therefore, this project developed in modality "industrial practice", is the systematization of the information corresponding to the áreas of geology and environmental of Project Colorado Field School. The methodology applied covers the activities of collection, review and selection, classification, digitization and metadata of documents generation. In this way, it has the first information to start feeding the repository of Colorado Field School, besides being the guide work for the other áreas.
