dc.description.abstract	El trabajo de este proyecto está enfocado en el desarrollo de la factibilidad para la creación de una empresa para el diseño y confección de ropa exclusiva para dama en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, caracterizada por la individualización de la moda, La idea es que esta factibilidad pueda convertirse en una realidad y poder construir una empresa familiar para incursionar en el mercado de la industria textil y comercializar el producto, dar a conocer la marca propia, ofrecer prendas originales innovadoras con materiales especiales que satisfagan los gustos y preferencias de los clientes, crear nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento para el posicionamiento en el sector de la confección y comercialización de prendas de vestir. Dar a conocer de manera clara y sencilla los conceptos básicos que conforman el proyecto, se presentaran los temas Administrativos de la empresa y el conocimiento aportado por las autoras para culminar de manera exitosa, se establecerán los deberes y compromisos de la futura empresa, se realizara el estudio financiero para determinar la viabilidad de la factibilidad. De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos se realizar el emprendimiento como una empresa real cumpliendo las normas y propósitos pactados en este proyecto de grado. Buscando ser una empresa innovadora y competente en el fascinante mundo de la moda.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The work of this Project is focused on the development of the feasibility for the creation of a desing and confection of exclusive woman dress company in Bucaramanga city, caracterized b is that this feasibility can become in a reality and be able to build a familiar company in order to dabble into the textile market and sell the product, posicionate the own Brand, offer genuine and innovative garments with especial materials that can satisfy the likes and preferences of the customers, to créate new growth oportunities for the positioninginthe confection sector and commercialization of clothing. Introduce in a clear a simply way the basic concepts that shape the Project, management topics of the company and contributed knowledge by the authors will be presented in order to culminate in a succesfull way, duties and commitments of the future company will be established, financial studies Will be carried out in order to determinate the viability of the feasibility. According to the obtained results it must done the entrepreneurship as a real company with the rules and porpouses agreed in this Project. Looking for to be a innovative and competent company in the fasinating fashion world.
