| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de grado es el documento que presenta la metodología para el diseño, documentación e implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad de Constructora Experta S.A. de los procesos de la organización: Procesos de alta dirección, procesos de la cadena del valor y procesos de apoyo. Basado en el ciclo PHVA (planear, hacer, verificar, actuar) Constructora Experta S.A. desarrolló y estructuró toda la documentación necesaria para asegurar que el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad fuera eficiente y eficaz, después de haber realizado un Diagnóstico previo y una capacitación al personal. Documentado e implementado como lo explica el capitulo 8 del presente documento se realizaron dos auditorías internas, para determinar las no conformidades presentes en el sistema y dar así paso al plan de mejoras que se describen en el capitulo 10. | dc.description.abstractenglish | This degree work contains the methodology to design, documentate andimplement the quality management system in all the processes of the organization:high direction processes, chain of the value processes and support processes. Based on the cycle PDVA (planning, doing, verifying, acting), Constructora ExpertaS.A. structured and developed the whole necessary documentation to assure theefficiency and effectiveness of the quality management system, after havingrealized a previous diagnosis. Documented and implemented as it is explained on chapter 8th of the presentdocument and the two internal audits are fulfill, the next step is to determine the notconformities in the system and continue with a progress plan as described inchapter 10th.
