| dc.description.abstract | A través de esta tesis se desea mostrar todo el desarrollo e implementación que se hizo del proceso de Gestión de la Calidad que desarrollo la empresa DOTAHERLOGO S.A., encontrando en el un descripción completa de la organización y el producto que ofrece. Al momento de iniciar el diseño del sistema de calidad se desarrollo un plan de trabajo que consistía en crear: compromiso de la dirección, comunicación interna, definición de responsabilidades/formación de las personas, diagnostico de la situación, definición del SGC a implantar e implementación de SGC. Al tiempo que se ejecuto un plan paralelo para la documentación del mismo determinando necesidades de capacitación, diagnostico de la situación de la documentación en la organización, diseño del sistema documental, elaboración de los documentos, implementación del sistema documental y mantenimiento y mejora del sistema. Dando como resultado de lo anterior un manual de funciones que se mantiene como la base fundamental del sistema, las caracterizaciones de los procesos, los procedimientos que exige la norma, manual de calidad y otros que la empresa considero convenientes, desarrollando al tiempo evidencia del sistema implementado mediante la toma de datos por medio de registros. Ejecutando un plan de auditorias que detectaron no conformidades, las cuales mediante tratamiento adecuado se llegaron a corregir y fortalezas que se aprovecharon para acrecentar el sistema | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This thesis aims at demonstrating the development and implementation performed about the management quality process made by DOTAHERLOGO ENTERPRISE A.S making a complete description of the organization and the products it provides. At the beginning of the design of the system, a work planning was performed that consisted of creating : a commitment of the direction, internal communication, definition of staff™s responsibilities/formation, diagnosis of the situation, definition of the SGC to be implemented, implementation of the SGC. At the same time, a parallel plan was applied for its documentation by determining training necessities, diagnosis of the situation for the documentation within the organization, documental design system, making of the documents, documental system implementation, and maintenance and improvement of the system. As a result a function manual was obtained that still is the cornerstone of the system, the featuring of the processes following the proceedings that the norm demands, the quality manual and others suitable for the enterprise, in turn, developing evidence of the implemented system by collecting data using the records and executing an audits plan that detected not consistencies, which by using a proper treatment were corrected. The strengths were used for enhancing the implemented system. | |
