| dc.description.abstract | Con este proyecto se pretende aplicar todas las herramientas que brinda la Ingeniería Industrial para lograr que el programa de Diseño Industrial de la UIS desarrolle un eficiente proceso de Autoevaluación, que lo lleve a obtener la Renovación de su Acreditación, la cual es un reconocimiento a la calidad con que cuenta. Metodológicamente, este proyecto, se desarrollo de la siguiente manera: Diagnóstico del estado actual del Programa. Organización del proceso de Renovación de su Acreditación. Presentación de la Metodología para el proceso de Autoevaluación. Definición del Modelo de Autoevaluación. Diseño y aplicación de las actividades de socialización para la Fase I del proceso de Renovación de su Acreditación. Identificación de los documentos que sustentan el Modelo de Autoevaluación. Diseño y aplicación de instrumentos de recolección de información para las fuentes: Directivos, Profesores y Personal Administrativo. Se evidencia que el proceso de socialización tiene un alto impacto en la participación de la comunidad educativa en el proceso de Autoevaluación y en las apreciaciones de las fuentes elegidas para la recolección de la información que sustenta el Modelo. También es de vital importancia que los lideres del proceso, el Director de Escuela y el Coordinador de la Renovación de la Acreditación, desarrollen un trabajo intenso de motivación a los miembros de la comunidad educativa y de control a todas las actividades sugeridas. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | With this project one tries to apply all the tools that the Industrial Engineering offers to achieve that the program of Industrial Design of the UIS develops an efficient process of self evaluation, which leads it to obtaining the Renovation of it Accreditation, which is a recognition of the quality which it possesses. Methodologically, this project, It develop of the following way: Diagnosis of the current state of the Program. Organization of the process of Renovation of his Accreditation. Presentation of the Methodology for the process of self evaluation. Definition of the Model of self evaluation. Design and application of the activities of socialization for the Phase I of the process of Renovation of it Accreditation. Identification of the documents that sustain the Model of self evaluation. Design and application of instruments of compilation of information for the sources: Executives, Teachers and Clerical staff. Besides there is demonstrated that the process of socialization has a high impact in the participation of the educational community in the process of self evaluation and in the appraisals of the sources chosen for the compilation of the information that the Model sustains. Also it performs vital importance that the leaders of the process, the Director of School and the Coordinator of the Renovation of the Accreditation, develop an intense work of motivation to the members of the educational community and of control for all the suggested activities. | |
