| dc.description.abstract | En la empresa CPR (Cementos Paz del Río) se trabaja en el proyecto Optimización de Trituración primariafl; con este proyecto se quiere eliminar la dependencia que existe con APR (Acerías Paz del Río) (debido a que esta empresa es la encargada del transporte de la caliza triturada vía férrea desde la mina Belencito, propiedad de APR, hasta las instalaciones de CPR) y de esta forma eliminar el gasto generado por el transporte, reducir los gastos por mano de obra y consumo de energía (que también es suministrada por APR). Este proyecto de grado tiene como objetivo realizar el diseño para mejorar el transporte de caliza triturada por medio de bandas transportadoras, y la repotenciación del sistema de transporte en el patio de apilado de acuerdo a la capacidad de los nuevos equipos de trituración a instalar, como parte del proyecto optimización de trituración primariafl que se adelanta en Cementos Paz del Rio (CPR). | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The CPR company (Cementos Paz del Rio) works in the project Optimization of primary triturationfl; this study pretends to eliminate the depend that exist of APR (Acerías Paz del Río) (it is due ti this company takes charge of convey triturated limestone by railroad from mine Belencito, property of APR, to CPR), in this way eliminate the transport cost, to reduce workmanship and energy consumption (that is supplied by APR). This project of degree has the objective to realize a design for improve the transport of triturated limestone by means of conveyor belts, and the repowered of conveyor system in the staked cellar, these must be in agreement to the capacity of new equipments of trituration that go to be installed. This forms part of the project Optimization of primary triturationfl, it is developed in Cementos Paz del Rio (CPR). | |
