dc.description.abstract	El presente estudio tiene como objeto determinar la factibilidad de crear una empresa de limpieza especializada de muebles para el hogar, en el municipio de San Gil Santander, de tal manera que se beneficie el desarrollo profesional y empresarial de sus creadores, se brinde una fuente básica de empleo y de una u otra forma mejorar la calidad de vida de la comunidad. El mercado objetivo del proyecto son las familias pertenecientes a los estratos 3, 4 y 5 del nivel socio económico del municipio de San Gil, donde el 70% de ellas están dispuestas a solicitar el servicio con procesos tecnificados y productos industriales de alta calidad; pues cuentan con la capacidad de pago y desean cuidar su salud y la inversión que realizaron al adquirir los muebles. Existe un mercado viable para el funcionamiento y desarrollo de la empresa; donde se cubre una demanda insatisfecha, con un alto grado de participación, y con una posibilidad técnica apropiada; descartándose inconvenientes a nivel de recursos, requisitos administrativos y legales para su constitución. Se demuestra el dominio de la logística, funcionamiento, operatividad del servicio y la evaluación financiera; resultando una buena propuesta empresarial con un V.P.N. representativo y una T.I.R. del 30%, augurando buenos resultados económicos desde el comienzo de actividades; y originando un impacto social y ambiental positivo; por lo cual se recomienda llevar a cabo su realización.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The present study aims to determine the feasibility of forming a company specialized cleaning of furniture, in the municipality of San Gil Santander, in a way that benefits business and professional development of its creators; it provides a source basic employment and some way to improve the quality of life of the community. The project's target market is families belonging to the layers 3, 4 and 5 of the socioeconomic level of the municipality of San Gil, where 70% of them are willing to apply for service with technology-intensive processes and high quality industrial products, as have the ability to pay and want to maintain their health and the investment made to acquire the furniture and upholstery. There is a viable market for the operation and development of the company, which covers an unmet demand and a high level of participation. There is also a technical possibility appropriate, ruling inconvenience to the level of resources, administrative and legal requirements of incorporation. Moreover it was shown that dominates the logistics and operational performance of service and financial assessment, resulting in an attractive business proposition with a VPN of representative and a 30% TIR, heralding its success from the start of activities and causing social and environmental impact very positive so it is recommended to carry out its implementation.
