| dc.description.abstract | El comportamientodeunpavimentoasfálticodependeensumayoríadelaselecciónapropiadadelagregado,debidoaqueesteproporcionalamayoríadelascaracterísticasdelacapacidadportante,ygarantizaunbuencomportamientoadherente con el asfalto. Cuandosequiereobtenerunbuendesempeñodelacarpetaasfáltica,unpuntomuyimportanteaanalizar,eslainfluenciadelamineralogíadelagregado,yaqueel conocimientodeéstaaportainformaciónimportanteparaidentificarelpotencial dedesvestimientoqueposeeelmaterialpétreoantefactorescomolahumedad.Porlotanto,medianteestainvestigaciónsedeterminó,pormediodeensayosdelaboratorio,laevolucióndelgradientededeterioroyrecuperacióndelaadhesiónasfalto-agregado,cuandolasmezclasasfálticastienenagregadosdébilesyfuertesalaaccióndelagua,yestánsometidasaunprocesodedeterioroyrecuperación, mediante ciclos de humedecimiento y secado respectivamente.Éstaevolucióndedeterioro,seestableció,midiendomódulosresilentesmedianteel equipoNottinghamAsphaltTester,sobreprobetascompuestasdeagregadosdediferentenaturalezamineralógico,específicamenterocasácidascomolacuarcitayrocasbásicascomolacaliza,lascualessemezclaronenproporcionesdiferentes para poder determinar que la fracción del árido mas influyente sobre el comportamiento asfalto-agregado es la fracción fina. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The asphalt concrete behavior depends mostly the appropriate selectionaggregate due it get mostly the mechanical resistance and guarantees a goodadhesion with the asphalt. In order to obtain an asphalt mixture with good performance, it must analyze theaggregate nature since it knowledge contributes to identify it strip potential byfactors like water. Therefore, by means of this investigation using laboratory tests it determined thedamage and recovery slope evolution of asphalt-aggregate adherence whenmixtures asphalts have strong and weak aggregates by water action and it putunder damage and recovery process by means of humidification and dryingcycles respectively. So, the damage and recovery slope evolution it determined measuring resilientmodules using the equipment Nottingham Asphalt Tester, about samplescomposed with several aggregate natures specifically acid rocks like the quartziteand basic rocks like limestone which were mixed in different proportions todetermine that most influence fraction inside asphalt - aggregate adhesion is thefine fraction. “Thesis“Faculty of Physic-Mechanical Sciences.
