dc.description.abstract	El proyecto Los Ecos de La Gorgona surge como una reflexión artística sobre la memoria y la historia del corregimiento San Rafael de Lebrija, un territorio marcado por el conflicto armado en Colombia. A través de la pintura, escultura, intervención digital en documentos y registros audiovisuales, la obra busca visibilizar hechos de violencia que afectaron a la comunidad, integrando testimonios directos y archivos históricos. La serie de piezas el eco de la tierra, el eco del agua, el eco del olvido y el eco del silencio, la escultura del puente, y un recorrido audiovisual acompañado por el testimonio de doña Esperanza, víctima y viuda a causa del conflicto; materializa la relación entre territorio, memoria y ausencia. Sumándole la intervención digital de artículos, se completa la propuesta, transformando estos documentos en registros artísticos que dialogan con la historia. El proyecto invita al espectador a reflexionar sobre la memoria colectiva, la resiliencia y la importancia del arte como herramienta de visibilización y conexión con la memoria histórica de la comunidad.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The project Los Ecos de La Gorgona (The Echoes of La Gorgona) emerged as an artistic reflection on the memory and history of the township of San Rafael de Lebrija, a territory marked by armed conflict in Colombia. Through painting, sculpture, digital intervention in documents, and audiovisual records, the work seeks to highlight acts of violence that affected the community, integrating direct testimonies and historical archives. The series of pieces—The Echo of the Earth, The Echo of Water, The Echo of Oblivion, and The Echo of Silence—the sculpture of the bridge, and an audiovisual tour accompanied by the testimony of Doña Esperanza, a victim and widow of the conflict—materialize the relationship between territory, memory, and absence. Added to this is the digital intervention of articles, completing the proposal by transforming these documents into artistic records that dialogue with history. The project invites the viewer to reflect on collective memory, resilience, and the importance of art as a tool for visibility and connection with the historical memory of the community.
