dc.description.abstract	El desarrollo de un proyecto ingenieril toma en cuenta la variable calidad en su ejecución continua, desde su formulación hasta la construcción, teniendo el control en todo momento de los tiempos, costos, finanzas e imprevistos que se puedan presentar. Por tal motivo es necesario implementar una metodología acorde para cumplir con los objetivos de la empresa y así mismo garantizar los requisitos y normas establecidas para su construcción. Existen diferentes metodologías en la realización de un proyecto, donde ninguna es pauta, aunque el diagrama de flujo común inicia con una visita técnica, continuamente se conocerán las condiciones del terreno, se hará su respectiva georreferenciación y se realizará el informe técnico correspondiente. Alternamente se procede con la realización de los diferentes diseños que la estructura acarrea, se calcularan cantidades de obra y el diseño del presupuesto será la parte final, por lo que tener una buena base de datos será un mejor camino para calcular unas cantidades de obra que permita tener en detalle lo que se necesita para hacer del proyecto realidad. Una vez realizado todo esto se elaborarán las especificaciones técnicas de acuerdo con los APU. En este documento se busca dejar constatada información pertinente del seguimiento que se le da a la elaboración de las cantidades de obra y realización de presupuesto, llevado a cabo en la empresa Coinobras Ltda., para la realización del presupuesto de un proyecto de la constructora, esta información involucra específicamente cantidades de obra y presupuesto.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The development of an engineering project considers the quality variable in its continuous execution, from its formulation to the construction, having control always of the times, costs, finances and unforeseen that can be presented. For this reason, it is necessary to implement a methodology according to the company's objectives and to guarantee the requirements and standards established for its construction. There are different methodologies in the realization of a project, where none is pattern, although the common flow diagram begins with a technical visit, the conditions of the terrain will be continuously known, their respective georeferencing will be done and the corresponding technical report will be made. Alternately we proceed with the realization of the different designs that the structure carries, we will calculate quantities of work and the design of the budget will be the final part, so having a good database will be a better way to calculate quantities of work that Let you have in detail what it takes to make the project a reality. Once all this is done, the technical specifications will be elaborated according to the APU. This document seeks to verify pertinent information of the follow-up given to the preparation of work quantities and budget realization, carried out in the company Coinobras Ltda for the realization of the budget of a project of the constructor, this information specifically involves amounts of work and budget.
