| dc.description.abstract | La calidad se ha visto como la capacidad para identificar las necesidades de los clientes y demás partes interesadas para satisfacerlas cumpliendo los requerimientos del producto o servicio ofrecido, esto adquiere cada vez más importancia en la gestión de las empresas de ahí que los gerentes reconozcan que se pueden obtener ventajas competitivas sustanciales mediante la implementación y mejora continua de un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad (SGC). En este documento se presentan los resultados alcanzados durante la realización de la práctica en la empresa Diseños Sleeping Baby Ltda. consistente en el diseño de la estructura que soporta el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, la elaboración de la documentación necesaria tanto para apoyar el funcionamiento de los procesos como para asegurar su mejora continua, la implementación de las acciones descritas en la documentación y el aporte de recomendaciones para que la empresa pueda alegar conformidad contra los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2000. En los tres primeros capítulos del informe se presenta una breve descripción de la empresa, se presenta la información teórica recopilada y se presenta la forma en la que se estructuró el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad que se iba a desarrollar; en los capítulos 4 al 8 se muestran las disposiciones establecidas durante la práctica para lo cual se ha guardado coherencia con los mismos apartados de la NTC-ISO 9001:2000 en los cuales se establecen los requisitos para el SGC. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The quality has seen as the capacity to identify the necessities of the clients and other interested parts to satisfy them completing the requirements of the product or offered service, this acquires more and more importance in the administration of the companies with the result that the managers recognize that substantial competitive advantages can be obtained by means of the implementation and continuous improvement of a System of Administration of the Quality (SGC). In this document the results are presented reached during the realization of the practice in the company Designs Sleeping Baby Ltda. consistent in the design of the structure that supports the System of Administration of Quality, the elaboration of the documentation necessary point to support the operation of the processes like to assure their continuous improvement, the implementation of the actions described in the documentation and the contribution of recommendations so that the company can allege conformity against the requirements of the norm ISO 9001:2000. In the first three chapters of the report a brief description of the company is presented, the gathered theoretical information is presented and the form is presented in the one that the System of Administration of Quality was structured that will develop; in the chapters 4 at the 8 the established dispositions are shown during the practice for that which has stayed coherence with the same sections of the NTC-ISO 9001:2000 in which the requirements settle down for the SGC. | |
