dc.description.abstract	Este documento contiene los pasos necesarios para la implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional aplicada en Las Delicias Limpiador Desinfectantes S.A.S, el cual está fundamentado bajo los requisitos de la norma técnica Colombina NTC OHSAS18001:2007 y la metodología del ciclo Deming, que consiste en Planear, Hacer, Verificar y Actuar con el fin de establecer una mejora continua Durante la ejecución del proyecto se llevó a cabo la realización de la matriz de identificación de peligros según la GTC 45 (guía técnica Colombiana) con el fin de identificar, priorizas los riesgos detectados en la empresa y actividades realizadas para tomar las medidas de control pertinentes con el fin de sensibilizar y capacitar a todos los trabajadores con los temas relacionados a la seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional bajo los lineamientos de la NTC OHSAS18001:2007, para ello se hizo necesario el diseño del SGSST ( sistema gestión seguridad salud en el trabajo). Al concluir la etapa de la implementación, se realizaron auditorías internas para seguir con el proceso de evaluación logrando identificar las no conformidades, permitiendo de esta manera elaborar planes de acción correspondientes para el mejoramiento continuo de Las Delicias Limpiador Desinfectantes S.A.S y el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This documents contains the steps that it's necessary to implemented the management system of the industrial safety and occupational health applied to LAS DELICIAS LIMPIADOR DESINFECTANTES S.A.S, that is based under the requirements of the Colombian technical guide NTC OHSAS18001:2007 and in the methodology of the demeaning cycle that consist in make, check plan and act in order to establish a continuous improvement. During the project execution was held the matrix performance according to the GTC 45( Colombian techincal guide), in order to detect and prioritize risks seen at the company We carried out activities to take on appropriate control measures in order to sensitize and train all workers on topics related to safety and occupational health health under the guidelines of the NTC OHSAS18001:2007, it became necessary for the design the OHSMS (health safety management system at work). When we conclude the implementation phase, internal audits were realized to continue with the assessment process and identified no-conformists allowing in this way to develop plans of corresponding actions for the continuous improvement of LAS DELICIAS LIMPIADOR DESINFECTANTES S.A.S and the compliance with the requirements of the rule.
