| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de grado en modalidad práctica empresarial, tiene como objetivo principal el desarrollo de opciones software en dispositivos móviles de alta resistencia, para el apoyo a la manipulación en campo abierto de la información ambiental manejada por las entidades estatales encargadas de la administración de los recursos medioambientales de nuestro país. Dichas opciones hacen parte de una extensión al sistema de información ambiental SIPA, propiedad de la empresa VISION LTDA, y pretenden facilitar el proceso de consulta y captura de datos y la generación de documentos de soporte en terreno por parte de los funcionarios encargados de realizar visitas técnicas a los lugares donde a alguna persona o entidad le haya sido otorgado algún derecho o impuesta cierta sanción, según sea el caso, por parte de las autoridades competentes en el tema. Además, se desarrolló la opción para sincronizar los datos recolectados por la terminal móvil con los del servidor de datos central de SIPA, asegurando de esta forma la total coherencia y confiabilidad de la información manejada, tanto en el entorno principal de escritorio, como en el móvil. Por último se diseñaron y ejecutaron pruebas de funcionalidad a las opciones y se elaboró la documentación requerida por la empresa para ser anexada a los manuales de usuario y técnico de SIPA. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present grade work in managerial practical modality has as main objective the development of options software in mobile devices of high resistance, for the support to the manipulation in field open of the environmental information managed by the state entities in charge of the administration of the environmental resources of our country. This options make part from an extension to the system of environmental information SIPA, property of VISION LTDA, and they seek to facilitate the consultation process and capture of data and the generation of support documents in land on the part of the officials in charge of carrying out technical visits to the places where to some person or entity has been granted him some right or imposed certain sanction, as it is the case, on the part of the competent authorities in the topic. Also, the option was developed to synchronize the data gathered by the mobile terminal with those of the central servant of data of SIPA, assuring this way the total coherence and dependability of the managed information, so much in the main environment of desk, like in the mobile. Lastly tests of functionality to the options were designed and executed and required documentation was elaborated by the company to be annexed user's manuals and technician of SIPA. | |
