dc.description.abstract	Actualización, Planos. En este trabajo de grado se muestra la Práctica Empresarial desarrollada en la Universidad Industrial de Santander por estudiantes de último nivel de formación académica, para el departamento de planta física, la finalidad de esta práctica consistió en la recolección, análisis y actualización de información de la red sanitaria y de aguas lluvias, del campus central de Universidad Industrial de Santander - sede Bucaramanga, además de ofrecer un diagnóstico del estado de la red durante su inspección. Planta física quien tiene a cargo el mantenimiento de la red, revisó la información sanitaria existente, y considero la necesidad de actualizarla al día de hoy, para tener mayor orden y homogeneidad en los archivos cartográficos existentes, además considerando que esta información puede ser de ayuda para en el mantenimiento de la red misma En los primeros capítulos se describe información general de la entidad de la División de Planta Física de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, historia, misión, visión, organigrama general y servicios que ofrece. Además se da una reseña corta sobre los diferentes sistemas de alcantarillado existentes, y algunos de sus componentes. Se describe las actividades propias de la práctica, tanto en campo como en oficina, y se muestra detallamiento de las zonas actualizadas dentro del sistema. En la parte final, se da el diagnóstico detallado de los puntos críticos y se describen posibles soluciones o recomendaciones, se dan las observaciones obtenidas luego de la inspección y concluye con la digitalización de los planos de acuerdo a la normatividad de cartografía de la UIS.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In this paper grade displays business practice developed in the Industrial University of Santander by students last academic level, for the physical plant department, the purpose of this practice consisted of collecting, analysis and updating of information of the health network and stormwater, the central campus of Universidad Industrial de Santander - Bucaramanga headquarters, and offer a diagnosis of the state of the network during inspection. Physical plant who oversees the maintenance of the network, reviewed existing health information, and considers the need to update it to this day, for greater order and homogeneity in the existing map files, also considering that this information may be helpful in maintaining the network itself. In the early chapters describe general information about the organization of the División of Physical Plant Industrial University of Santander, history, missión, visión, general organization and services offered. It also gives a short review of the different existing sewerage systems. It describes the activities of the practice, both in field and office, and is shown detailing date áreas within the system. In the end, it gives detailed diagnosis of the critical points and possible solutions or recommendations, given the observations obtained after the inspection and conclude with the digitization of planes according to the regulations of the UIS mapping. 2
