| dc.description.abstract | El propósito del presente proyecto es exponer la labor realizada durante el tiempo del desarrollo del trabajo de grado en la modalidad de práctica empresarial en la Unión Temporal Concesión Vial Los Comuneros, encargada de ejecutar los trabajos para la adecuación de un carril adicional de la doble calzada existente desde Floridablanca (Papi Quiero Piña) hasta Piedecuesta (Estación El Molino) con el fin de vincular esta vía al Sistema Integrado de Transporte Masivo de la ciudad de Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana. El contenido del proyecto se enfoca en el control de calidad de los materiales que conforman: Subrasantes, estructuras de pavimentos compuestas por Subbases Granulares, Bases Granulares y Concretos Asfálticos. También un control sobre los Concretos utilizados en la ampliación de puentes, Box Culverts y Alcantarillas existentes a lo largo de la vía. Este control de calidad se implementó mediante un Plan de Inspección y Ensayos de Laboratoriofl elaborado en base a las Especificaciones Generales de Construcción de Carreteras INVIAS, en su edición del año 1996 y su actualización en el año 2002, para mejorar de una forma efectiva la calidad de los procesos constructivos y aumentar la vida útil de las estructuras. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The purpose of this project is to expose the work made during the time of the practice in the Temporary Union Road Concession Los Comuneros, ordered to execute the works for the adjustment of an additional track of the double existing road from Floridablanca (Papi Quiero piña) to Piedecuesta (station El Molino) with the purpose of unify this road to the Integrated System of Massive Transport in Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area. The content of the project is based in the quality control of the materials that conform: Subgrazing, structures of pavements composed by Granular Subbases, Granular Bases and Concrete Asphalt. Also a control on the Concrete used in the extension of bridges, and existing Box Culverts through the road. This quality control was implemented by a Plan of Inspection and Tests of Laboratoryfl in base of the General Specifications of Road construction INVIAS, in its edition of the year 1996 and its update in 2002, to improve of an effective form the quality of the constructive processes and to increase the useful life of the structures. | |
