dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto de grado corresponde al informe de la práctica que la autora del proyecto desempeñó en el laboratorio del Oleoducto de Mansarovar Energy Colombia Limited iniciado en el segundo semestre de 2012 con el fin de ofrecer validez y confiabilidad en los análisis de laboratorio para crudo en transferencia de custodia, realizando actividades encaminadas a lograr la Generales para la competencia de los lograr la acreditación del laboratorio en el mediano plazo. Este proceso se llevó a cabo mediante la aplicación del ciclo PHVA desarrollando las siguientes etapas: Diagnóstico inicial mediante el diligenciamiento de una lista de chequeo para conocer el estado del laboratorio en cuanto al grado de cumplimiento de requisitos de la Norma, sensibilizaciones y capacitaciones al personal del laboratorio con el objetivo de documentarlos sobre el tema de calidad, dar a conocer el papel de cada uno en el proceso y sus responsabilidades para así poder iniciar con la implementación del sistema de aseguramiento de calidad según la NTC ISO/IEC 17025:2005, elaboración de la documentación del Sistema de gestión compuesta por el manual de calidad, de funciones, de procedimientos administrativos y técnicos con sus respectivos procedimientos, instructivos y formatos que lo complementan con el fin de estandarizar los procesos, implementación por medio de la divulgación de la estructura documental, verificación a través de dos auditorías internas y por último propuestas de mejora ante las no conformidades encontradas para garantizar la mejora continua y eficacia del laboratorio.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The following project is a report of an internship the author made in a laboratory of pipeline at Mansorovar Energy Colombia Limited. The internship began in the second half of 2012, and it was required by the company with the objective to provide validity and reliability in each crude oil analysis made it in the lab and then, the oil crude could be transfer to. Each of one activities made in the lab followed standardization of processes under NTC ISO/IEC 17025:2005 requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories"; with the objective to archive accreditation of the lab in the medium term. This process is carried out by applying the PDCA cycle developing the following stages: An initial diagnosis of the lab by filling out a checklist with all requirements of the standard the lab should have. After the initial diagnosis, the author proceeds with awareness and training to the employees with the objective they understand the standard, to know about quality control, and to understand all process and responsibilities they should have, and then to start with the process and implementation of NTC ISO/IEC 17025:2005. With this entire step previous, the author developed all documents required by the standard in order to standardize processes which have a quality concepts, functions manual, administrations proceeds, and techniques manuals. Once finished the documents, the author proceeded to let employees know about the standard, and what they should do when they are on the task at the laboratory. The author made some controls through two internal audits to the employees, and when they did not followed the standard, the author proposed a plan to improve their action to follow with the idea to give an improvement and efficiency in the laboratory
