dc.description.abstract	La tendencia actual de las organizaciones está enfocada hacia integrar los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad, Ambiental, Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, con el fin de tener una documentación y procesos comunes que permitan obtener un mejor resultado organizacional, realizando un control y medición de forma más práctica. Esta tendencia se traduce en una necesidad para las organizaciones que aún no tienen integrado estos sistemas, pues se ve reflejado como una desventaja al momento de competir en diversos sectores. Este documento trata de la Implementación del Sistema Integrado de Gestión HSEQ en el Servicio de Perforación de Pozos Estratigráficos de la Escuela de Ingeniería de Petróleos de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, tomando como base las Normas ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 y OHSAS 18001:2007. Este proyecto se desarrolló en cuatro etapas, Planeación en la cual se elaboró un diagnostico inicial para evaluar el nivel de cumplimiento del Servicio de acuerdo a las normas internacionales mencionadas anteriormente, lo que permitió identificar y planear las actividades necesarias a desarrollar; Documentación en esta etapa se crearon documentos específicos para el Servicio y se adaptaron otros de acuerdo a las directrices de la Universidad; en la Implementación se realizaron las actividades planeadas y en la etapa de Evaluación se realizaron dos auditorías internas con el fin de evaluar el Sistema de Gestión Integrado y un diagnóstico final para mostrar el impacto de las actividades desarrolladas en el nivel de cumplimiento de las Normas.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The current trend in organizations is focused on integrating the Quality Management Systems, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health, in order to have a common documentation and processes leading to better organizational results, performing a measurement and control more practice. This trend translates into a need for organizations that have not yet integrated these systems, as is reflected as a disadvantage when competing in various sectors. This document is about Implementation of the Integrated Management System HSEQ in the Drilling Service of Stratigraphic wells of School of Petroleum Engineering of the Universidad Industrial de Santander, based on ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007. This project was developed in four stages, Planning in which was developed an initial diagnostic to assess the level of compliance with the Service in accordance with international standards mentioned above, which allowed us to identify and plan the activities necessary to develop; documentation at this stage were created specific documents for the Service and others were adapted according to the guidelines of the University; in Implementing the planned activities were carried out and the stage of evaluation were did two internal audits to evaluate the Integrated Management System and a final diagnosis to show the impact of the activities at the level of compliance with the standards.
