| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto tiene como objetivo la identificación, diagnóstico y solución de las conexiones erradas que se presentan en algunos barrios del área metropolitana de Bucaramanga. La metodología del trabajo abarca los siguientes aspectos: ubicación de los cauces contaminados y de las entregas de alcantarillado pluvial que sean focos de contaminación. Seguidamente se identifican las urbanizaciones que utilizan el alcantarillado pluvial que se encuentra contaminado. Se ejecuta un proceso de socialización donde se informa a la comunidad la problemática ambiental asociada a la contaminación de los afluentes. Una vez la comunidad está debidamente informada, se realiza un proceso de inspección casa por casa, mediante pruebas de anilinas en los puntos sanitarios y pluviales, para identificar posibles conexiones erradas. En caso de encontrarse alguna conexión de este tipo se informa al propietario y se brinda la asesoría necesaria para que se realicen las correcciones en el sistema. Los resultados del proyecto sugieren que el porcentaje de conexiones erradas varía desde un 9% en el barrio El Manantial hasta un 20% en el barrio el Recreo del municipio de Floridablanca. Por lo tanto, es recomendable que se establezcan procesos de control más efectivos durante la construcción de las viviendas para reducir el problema por parte de las entidades correspondientes. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This Project involves the identification, diagnostic and solution of mistake connections in some neighbours at the metropolitan area in Bucaramanga City. The methodology was: contaminated rivers and contaminated pluvial connections identification. Neighbours that use contaminated pluvial connections have to be recognized and the Engineer begins with the notification process to the community and proceeds with inspection home by home to identify mistake connections. In the case that exist at least one of them, the engineer has to give advice about the best way to correct it. The results suggest a wide variation of the range of mistake connection; since 9% in the El Manantial Neighbour to 20% in the Recreo Neighbour at the Floridablanca municipality. Therefore, the principal proposal is to establish more construction controls at the beginning by the state entities in charge. | |
