dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado corresponde al desarrollo de la pasantía realizada en la empresa SOCIEDAD DE INGENIEROS CONTRATISTAS Y CONSULTORES LTDA, como parte del proceso de formación profesional en Ingeniería Civil. La práctica tuvo una duración de cuatro meses y contó con el respaldo y aprobación de la Escuela de Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. Durante este periodo, se brindó apoyo a la gestión de interventoría del proyecto "Construcción de placa huellas en el área rural del municipio de Charalá". El principal objetivo fue garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, el correcto manejo del presupuesto y la optimización de los tiempos de ejecución. Entre las principales actividades realizadas se destacan el seguimiento del avance de la obra, llevando un registro detallado de las actividades ejecutadas y comparándolas con lo programado en el cronograma. Asimismo, se realizó la recopilación y organización de documentos técnicos clave, como planos, especificaciones y estudios previos, con el fin de mantener un control documental eficiente.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This thesis corresponds to the development of an internship conducted at the company SOCIEDAD DE INGENIEROS CONTRATISTAS Y CONSULTORES LTDA as part of the professional training process in Civil Engineering. The internship lasted four months and was supported and approved by the School of Civil Engineering of the Industrial University of Santander. During this period, support was provided for the supervision management of the project "Construction of a roadbed in the rural area of the municipality of Charalá." The main objective was to ensure compliance with quality standards, proper budget management, and optimization of execution times. Among the key activities carried out were monitoring the progress of the project, keeping detailed records of the activities executed and comparing them with the scheduled activities. Key technical documents, such as plans, specifications, and preliminary studies, were also compiled and organized to maintain efficient document control.
