dc.description.abstract	Este trabajo pretende mostrar mediante un recital las opciones técnicas e interpretativas que ofrece el repertorio para saxofón alto en diferentes niveles, como herramienta para aquellos instrumentistas que aún no reconocen su nivel musical. Inicia con una introducción de la importancia que se debe dar a la hora de escoger un repertorio adecuado a las capacidades técnicas e interpretativas del instrumentista en el cual pueda mostrar un buen desempeño desde obras sencillas a complejas, dejando en evidencia todo un proceso de crecimiento instrumental. Se expone durante el transcurso de este trabajo las diferencias de interpretar obras que se adecuen a las capacidades sin dejar de un lado las exigencias para fortalecer el nivel instrumental o interpretar obras que no sean adecuadas para las capacidades del instrumentista y sus consecuencias técnicas e interpretativas. Se muestra a manera de profundización, el análisis de algunas obras presentadas para el recital y la intención de cada compositor en cuanto a su estructura formal, tonal, rítmica, entre otros. Se expone el marco histórico para comprender la época e influencias del entorno cultural, social y político y parte de la biografía de cada compositor con el fin de tener claridad en cuanto al carácter de las obras. Se expone el marco conceptual para comprender la importancia del saxofón como instrumento solista de concierto en cuanto su sonoridad y recursos técnicos dejando como evidencia la exposición de grandes intérpretes y obras representativas.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This work aims to show through a recital the options technical and interpretive offered by the repertoire for alto saxophone at different levels, as a tool for those instrumentalists who do not yet recognize their musical level. Begins with an introduction of the importance that should be given to when choosing a suitable repertoire to technical and interpretive abilities of instrumentalist in the who you can show a good performance from works simple to complex, leaving all to evidence a process of instrumental growth. Is exposed during the course of this work the differences of interpret works that are suited to the capabilities without leaving to aside the exigencies for strengthen the level instrumental or interpret works that are not suitable for the instrumentist capabilities and their consequence technical and interpretive. It is shown by way of deepening the analysis of some works presented for the recital and the intention of each composer in their formal structure, tonal, rhythmic, among others. Is exposed the historical framework to understand the epoca and environmental influences cultural, social and political and part of the biography of each composer in order to be clear about the character of the works. Is exposed the conceptual framework for understanding the importance of the saxophone as soloist instrument of concert in reference your sound and technical resources leaving as evidence a exposing great performers and representative works.
